No bidet or water spray in the toilet
Pros:

Location was really central right in the middle of the city and staff were very friendly. Whenever I asked something they responded really quickly. After two days I asked for a room change due to the bathroom sink being blocked which they did straight away.

Cons:

As a muslim traveler there was no bidet or water spray in the toilet.

am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel.
Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to both service and safety concerns. Throughout the night, there was persistent noise which made it impossible for me to sleep. This level of disturbance is unacceptable for any hotel stay, where guests reasonably expect a safe and quiet environment.
In addition to the noise, I felt that the overall situation raised concerns about safety and how such disturbances were handled by your staff.
As a result, I did not get any rest, which significantly affected my stay. I would like you to investigate this matter and explain why the situation was not properly managed.
Given the circumstances, I believe a refund or appropriate compensation is justified.

Under alt kritik . Elendig rengøring . Marokkaner der drak og svinede den lille pool til.
Manglende håndklæder , ødelagte badeforhold , diskotek larm og stank af røg . Jeg kunne blive ved 😡😡🤯🤯😭😭😱😱
