Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Very accommodating (changed our light bulbs to brighter as we needed) Location was amazing. Size of the room and brightness was very good.Spacious bathrooms fully equiped . Very helpful in organizing transport. Staff could speak English very well. Welcoming atmosphere. he manager addressed any concerns we might have. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

They need to replace the hair blowers . Very week. A vanity table or desk was needed. No where to do computer work or make up etc.

I would stay there again, but definitely ask for a different room.
Pros:

Staff are excellent location is ideal. Still, the bed was comfortable the bed was comfortable, the included breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Not sure about the rest of the property, but my room was rather odd. The door could not be open fully for entry because the bed is in the way the closet door presents the same issue. Don’t stand in front of it and try to open. The bathroom is probably as almost as big as the room, which is great. The view was nonexistent. My room was on the back window opened onto a back alley.

Fantastic
Pros:

Amazing staff, especially the front desk. They had great recommendations and were really accommodating with our luggage. Location is perfect for walking everywhere and parking is close by.

Pros:

Struttura nel pieno centro di Lisbona dal quale raggiungere a piedi ogni attrazione/quartiere della città. A pochissimi passi dalla metro per l areporto e dalla stazione dei treni per sintra. Personale gentilissimo,camere dotate di tutti i confort e super insonorizzante nonostante fossimo al primo piano e su un ristorante. anche colazione buona con cibo per tutti i gusti. Super consiglio

Lyxigt stadshotell med fantastiskt bemötande och god frukost

Bemötande och service var fantastiskt!
Fick massor av tips av den trevliga och tillmötesgående personalen som berättade hur jag bäst kunde uppleva Lissabon, hur jag kunde lokalisera olika platser, och vilka restauranger och rooftop bars de rekommenderade. :-)

Fick ett fint rum, behaglig säng och fint badrum.

Ett välskött och lite lyxigt hotell mitt i stan med god och varierad frukost med lokala specialiteter.

Cons:

Gatorna runt omkring kändes lite skumma på kvällskvisten som ensam kvinna.

The room was very very small
There was significant noise from the street at night eg people in bars and restaurants and garbage collection in the early hours of the morning.
The hotel had a discounted rate at the nearby car park but this meant we had to take our car out of the car park each morning and re-park it again over the three days we stayed there
