The property was really clean and comfortable. We stay in quite a few hotels and although this property is an older one it has been upgraded to an excellent standard.
Nothing to dislike
Great vintage hotel, loved the view from the room and the fact there was a bath.
We were upgraded to a bigger room with a kitchen, as the restaurant was closed and that was the reason that we had booked this accommodation. We had nowhere to prepare food in the room that we had booked, so Raywyn moved us to a room with full cooking facilities, where we could prepare our own food.
The walk-in shower had a problem with water splashing everywhere all over the floor outside of the shower cubicle.

Spa pool wasn't working at all which was the main reason we booked here, as our kids and ourselves really wanted to have a nice relaxing night away and have a dip in a spa. Also wasn't happy that we were asked to pay to swim if it was working. Should be included in price of rooms etc.

The rudeness on entering the hotel of the manager employing I wasn't welcome for some unknown reason- I'd been there before for work. No access to the spa which has been 'broken 'since covid-19 a disgrace.old furniture in rooms.
