Pros:

We were staying in the suburb of Onerahi, for a family holiday. Booked into Flames Hotel, we'll maintained 70s hotel, nice queit locality, nice outlook . Good sized room and l comfortable . Pleasant staff lovely dining room breakfast available from 7.30am until 2pm.

Cons:

The shower is located over bath. Didn't concern us. Good water pressure.

Good facilities - pub restaurant with decent menu
Good food and the service, especially from Raewyn was magic!!!! She just goes the extra mile!!!

Comfortable, welcoming accomodation with lovely grounds and a onsite dining.
Pros:

Great views from our bedrooms. Loved the balcony and spacious room, also how immaculately clean everything was. Helpful, friendly staff added to the experience.

Cons:

I would have appreciated a central light or a standing lamp to provide more lighting in room 27.

How welcome I felt with the staff
Comfy beds
Accommodating for my family of 6 , was able to get interconnecting rooms.

Cons:

Stairs, that's just a personal thing for me and I had family staying in all 3 levels

Great location and comfortable, but needs some cleaning and painting done.
Pros:

Great location close to the airport, comfortable room. Breakfast was beautiful too.

Cons:

The place had a lot of cobwebs inside the building, and was quite old with not much upkeep done.
