Ideales und komfortables Hotel für eAuto-Besitzer, aber man sollte abends besser woanders essen
Pros:

Das Aufladen unseres eAutos war sehr komfortabel, da wir einen Parkplatz mit separater Ladestation hatten.

Die Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet und geräumig. Das SPA hat einen sehr schönen Saunabereich.

Cons:

Das Restaurant ist leider deutlich schlechter, als der Rest des Hotels. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ an der unteren Grenze, das erste Abendessen mit Halbpension noch akzeptabel, das zweite Abendessen mit Halbpension ungeniessbar. Man sollte daher unbedingt woanders zu Abend essen.

Ein 50% Discount auf Bergbahnen, den Direktbucher beim Hotel bekommen, wurde uns verwehrt, da wir über booking.com gebucht hatten. Zu diesem Punkt erwarte ich eine Stellungnahme von Ihnen!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Die Terrasse zum Frühstück war auch schön und der Mitarbeiter dort war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Die Damen an der Rezeption hatten ihre Mühe mit Diversem.
Das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Sehr wenig Auswahl an Fleisch und Käse.
Auch Eierspeisen waren sehr dürftig. Es wurde auch ohne Nachfragen nicht mehr aufgefüllt. und das um 9.30Uhr.
Es hat den Eindruck gemacht, als durften sie nicht mehr auffüllen ode rsie waren überfordert.. Sehr schlecht für ein Hotel dieser Klasse....
