neljubazni, izgubili rezervaciju, 2 puta naplatili s kartice.

kad sam dosao na recepciju, gospodja je rekla da su popunjeni i bila zacudjena da imam rezervaciju. kad je ipak odlucila provjeriti u sustavu na moje inzistiranje, rekla je kako je danas guzva i da nisam jedini koji je ostao bez rezervacije, i da eto oni su popunjeni i da je njoj neugodno ali eto tako je kako je pa da pokusam negdje drugdje. na moje inzistiranje da ona rijesi taj problem jer su oni ti koji su moju rezerviranu sobu izdali nekome, ipak je nazvala susjedni hotel isto u njihovom vlasnistvu hotel Hercegovina deluxe, koji je isto bio popunjen ali netko se valjda jos nije pojavio da preuzme sobu pa su mi dali sobu. i gospodja se do kraja ponasala kao da ona meni radi uslugu a ne kao da rjesava problem koji je njen hotel stvorio, i pozivala se na to da nije ona kriva nego menadzment, sto i dalje nije moj problem jer ja sam uredno rezervirao sobu dva mjeseca unaprijed. nadalje osoblje u hotel Hercegovini je bilo iznimno susretljivo i ljubazno tako da njima svaka pohvala. novi problem je nastao kod naplate, jer hotel Hercegovina je na dan mog odlaska naplatio dogovorenu sumu i ok, a onda 5 dana kasnije je i hotel Terme spa Ilidza isto tako naplatio jos jednom, i unatoc sto sam poslao vec dva maila da se to rijesi, prvi mail sam poslao isti dan kad je naplaceno, do danas nisu ni odgovorili na mail niti vratili novce. tako da zaista ni po cemu nemam dobro iskustvo sa njima. od ponasanja do naplacivanja.

Not a 4 star service
Pros:

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds

Cons:

Terrible breakfast, just eggs, old cereal and cold rolls, not even toast or a toaster. Even cereal was cheap and nasty like cardboard. For a ‘4-star’ hotel not good enough. More 2 star in a 4 star building

Hotel ima svojo starost in v sedanjem času ne more nuditi ustrezne kvalitete uslug.
Pros:

Lokacija hotela v bližini parka. Postelja je bila udobna. Klima je delovala dobro in v sobi je bilo glede temperature (vročinski val do 36 st C) ugodno.

Cons:

Soba je bila premajhna. Ob mizi se ni dalo sedet. Hladilnik ni deloval. Sefa v sobi ni bilo, kljub temu, da je bil naveden v navodilih. Talna obloga v sobi je bila iztrošena in zato ni delovala čisto. Glede na majhnost sobe je bilo tudi dnevno vzdrževanje sobe ( npr. sesanje prahu) objektivno nemogoče.
