Izuzetno ljubazno osoblje na recepciji, izašli su nam u susret za sve dodatne zahteve koje smo imali. Veoma čiste i uredne sobe. Hotel je smešten na divnom mestu, za odmor i šetnju, dobro povezan gradskim prevozom sa centrom grada.

De airco werkte niet omdat deze door het management tot de maand juni wordt afgesloten. Kreeg van de receptie na mijn beklag dat het smerig warm in mijn kamer was als antwoord dat ik de ramen moest ophouden. Alleen dit hotel dat eens echt heel mooi was, is aan een rivier gesitueerd waar het riool op uit komt. Dit is in de kamers bij openstaande ramen te ruiken waarbij opgemerkt dat de vuil containers onder het raam van mijn kamer stonden en eens in de week werden geleegd. Had dus een hele mooie kamer aan de zonnekant en moest daarbij wel de ramen openhouden.

Die Zimmer waren schön, die Ausstattung sehr gut.
Das Spa und Sauna kann westlichen Verhältnissen nicht genügen. Ich habe es in die Punktebewertung nicht einfliessen lassen, weil das Zimmer wirklich schön ist und das Spa völlig eine andere Kategorie abdeckt. Der Pool war aus unserer Sicht unhygienisch und nicht sehr schön (auf den Fotos). Die Sauna war gar nicht geöffnet.
Dorucak je bio raznovrstan. Odlicna lokacija. Ko zeli pravi odmor, preporucujem od srca!

Na določene trenutke (zvečer in zjutraj) je zmanjkovalo tople vode za tuširanje in umivalnik tudi seveda. Pod tuškadjo se je izlivala voda po ploščicah.
Naš boravak u hotelu bio je iznimno udoban,soba je bila prostrana i opremljena da ništa ne fali,za doručak je također bilo velikog izbora hrane,lokacija je odlična,nema buke,a opet ste blizu restorana,kafića i trgovina! Uglavnom,jako dobar omjer cijene i ponude!
Pohvala za radnicu , recepcionerku Ajlu, vrlo ljubazna,i svojim osmijehom nas je zadivila i pozvala da se ponovo vratimo u vas Hotel...pozdrav iz Istre.
