A note for guests arriving by car: please note that the usual navigation system will take you to the front of the hotel and not the parking garage. Therefore, to reach the parking garage, follow the signs to P2 after taking the exit of Bunddestrasse. Right before P2, you can turn into the P3 underground parking garage, where there are a limited number of parking spaces. Other parking spaces hired by the hotel are in SI-Centrum P2, within walking distance of the hotel. Guests are also required to have environmental classification stickers on cars.

Für Musicalbesucher perfekt
Pros:

für uns als Musical-Besucher war die Lage top. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig.Musik am WC war lustig. Frühstück war ausreichend. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell im Zentrum.

Cons:

Die Fensterrahmen waren sehr schmutzig. Zimmertür Innenseite und Vorhänge verschmutzt.

Behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Onduidelijke instructies over bereiken parking. Op website wordt vermeld dat er oplaadmogelijkheid is, maar deze is vrij beperkt en de parkeerplaatsen voor opladen werden ingenomen door niet-electrische wagens door beperkte parkeermogelijkheid.

De self check in via ipad vond ik gast onvriendelijk. Hotelmedewerker wilde duidelijk dit niet persoonlijk doen.

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

Très bon hôtel pour une nuit d'étape.
Chambre très spacieuse et propre.
Lits confortables.
Très belle salle de bain.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre familiale que nous avions réservée, mais une chambre avec un lit double et un canapé-lit. On ne nous a rien dit à la réception. On a reçu 4 coupons pour un verre gratuit au bar à la réception sans aucune explication (c'était peut-être pour ça).
Nous n'avons pas eu le goût de nous plaindre, car nous étions fatigués par la route.
Le parking de l'hôtel est très exigu et il n'y a pas bcp de places disponibles. Nous avons été chanceux d'avoir une place.

Nicht so viel Auswahl beim Frühstück.
Zeitweise keine Teller vorhanden. Personal kommt nicht nach mit Tischen abräumen.
Zu kleiner Frühstücksbeteich für die Anzahl der Zimmer.

Cons:

Beschrijving waar je moet parkeren kan beter.
Is op zich zeker ok, doch relatief duur (18euro/1 nacht) en niet echt duidelijk waar je moet inrijden (tenzij na goed zoeken op website hotel)
