Pros:

Great location and the facilities and food were excellent

Cons:

Very good and powerful shower but because it is in a bath the water goes all over the floor and is impossible to prevent

Hotel needs work
Pros:

Pleasant staff, good location, nice atmosphere. Parking was easy.

Cons:

The hygiene standards need a complete overhaul, the hotel was dirty in various aspects. On arrival the duvet was stained with yellow marks and had multiple black hairs. They were changed promptly but the fleece decorative bedspread remained filthy like it had never been cleaned so I just took it off. The room carpet floor was stained and dusty however the bathroom was very clean.
Twice we were served dirty glasses in the bar. The carpet floor of the bar was covered in a large amount of food which remained there the whole evening both nights we were there. The tables and chairs also had crumbs.
The floor of the pool changing rooms was very dirty with some rusty fixtures and some crumbling tiles around the pool. The bath towels were tiny and there was a suggestion to reuse them but there was only one hook to hang all the towels so they were still wet the next day. The hotel could do with renovation and an increase in cleaning standards.

Cons:

Floor staff need training. Got a menu 40 minutes came to take order even though it was’nt busy a lot of talking going on but serving not so good. Ordered a second bottle of wine the girl was quick to put it on the bill but no bottle arrived. Asked another server who brought the wine but obviously didn’t check so we were charged for A 3rd bottle …,

Pros:

Great staff .Very friendly and helpful. Loved the pool. Rooms very comfortable

Cons:

The breakfast lacked imagination . I was surprised it was so poor. The offerings were melon and prunes , cereal from the supermarket such as Alpen and coco,pops . Terrible bread . Terrible coffee. We eat dinner in the bar the three nights we stayed. It was all very good except for,the hamburgers which were like hard cardboard!

Very good value for money would definitely come back again
Pros:

Stayed here for two nights staff where very friendly and helpful rooms where clean and the buffet breakfast was delicious and well stocked definitely would recommend the locals where so friendly and inviting definitely one of my favourite places in Ireland.

Cons:

The rooms were a little outdated but for the price nothing to complain about easy made up for it with the rest of the facilities.

Pros:

The Hotel was fantastic, the staff were friendly and professional, the food was great. Located on the beach and nxt to a golf course. We took a lovely walk in to Buncrana town along lough Swilly. Stunning.

Amazing and won't find better
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional staff were freindly and very helpful location was perfect for wild Ireland and halfway Karting 2 things that is a must to visit in this part of Ireland couldn't rate all highly enough

Excellent accommodation
Pros:

Extremely clean, food was excellent. I love how the checkout was at 12 and breakfast was served until 11, so you weren’t rushed and could relax. Family room was modern, spacious and had air conditioning, which was great as it was a very clammy night.
