كل شي وبالاخص الطاقم الاستقبال انا زبون قديم في هاذا الفندف وكل تقيم اكتب نفس المشكله مع طاقم الاستقبال
للأسف يتكرر نفس المشكله وهاذي المره زادة المشكله طلبت غرفه لشخصين وبسرير منفصل ومع الحجز في الغرفه صاله ومطبخ ولما وصلنا لاتوجد صاله ولا سرير منفصل وبأسلوب الموظفه الوقح تخبرنا انه فيه ظيوف من مؤسسة كبيره وسلموهم غرفتنا

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The noise throughout the night was excessive, and I couldn’t sleep at all. A hotel should provide a peaceful environment for guests to rest, but that was not the case during my stay. I hope the management takes steps to improve soundproofing and address the noise issue for future guests.
