Это был шикарный отдых!! Место положения прекрасное! Рядом очень много чего!!! Многое в шаговой доступности!!! Соотношение цены и качества прекрасное!! Мы брали завтрак , завтраки были прекрасные на первом этаже с видом на Шалатскую башню!!! Не понимаю тех кто пишет что то плохое! Вы хотите за небольшие деньги люксовый отель! С такими взглядами вам нужно посмотреть в этом же районе другие отели где цена завышена в 3-4 раза!!! Нем с мужем все очень понравилось!! Всем знакомым буду советовать этот отель!!! Большое спасибо сотрудникам за теплый прием!!!

La situation de l’hôtel très bien situé et le personnel de l’hôtel 🤩
À vrai dire c’était bien
L’emplacement est parfait, c’est près du métro, près du tunnel aussi. Le pont galata est à moins de 10 min à pied. La rue est animée mais c’est bien insonorisé. Le personnel est agréable. Nous avons passé 5 nuits. Nous n’étions pas du tout à l’hôtel en journée. Bouilloire dans la chambre.
L’ascenseur est dangereux pour les enfants (pas de seconde porte, on peut toucher les murs quand l’ascenseur monte ou descend). Le linge de lit est un peu trop petit pour les lits (drap de dessous et drap de dessus). Wifi difficile à capter dans la chambre. Pas de sèche cheveux.
Die Lage war sehr gut sei es Verbindung und Sicherheit. Die Mitarbeitende waren auch sehr nett.
Aber leider waren die Zimmer nicht so sauber obwohl ein Reinigungsdame sauber gemacht hat waren die Möbel sehr schrott

Resepsiyondaki çalışan nazik bir insandı, fakat otelin temizliği için aynı şeyi söyleyemem. Ayrıca ben bu oteli kahvaltı dahil olarak tutmuştum kahvaltı verilmedi.
- Great location (one of the best neighborhoods to stay in Istanbul to get to see both sides of its European part).
- The owner is friendly and willing to give you advice and tips to improve your trip. Thanks to the staff, we found an amazing restaurant to dine during New years eve.
- Spectacular balcony view. You get to enjoy the skyline of the old city (includin the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia)
- Poor cleanliness (blanket and pillows had brown stains -- gross). They should at the very least buy new beddings
- No hot water in the shower (the water was, at best, mildly warm)
- Low room temperature (the AC is old)
- The bathroom was super cold to the point where you couldn't stay inside for more than a minute. The reason is the bad ventilation system and lack of heater. They have a hollow ventilator penetrating the wall, resulting in hot air flowing out non-stop.
- Breakfast is a BIG SCAM (PAY ATTENTION): According to the hotel photos, the breakfast is supposed to be a generous portion of continental breakfast, including coffee and other sorts of things. Instead, the breakfast is served in the cafeteria in the basement and includes only one item of their menu. You have to pay for the rest. For example, you can order a small omelet (this is the breakfast) and you are required to pay for the rest...even for the coffee (and the coffee price is also very high). The owners consciously exploit your awareness, and this has to STOP or at the very least this major detila has to be mentioned explicitly in the description of the breakfast. Otherwise, their rate will keep going down!
- Most of the staff can barely speak English.
- Poor internet connection
- The suite is advertised to be suitable for 4 people. However, there is only one double bed in the apartment fitting two people. The other two have to sleep on the sofa, which is not comfortable at all.
Great location close to Galata Tower with friendly staff. The room was clean, and the breakfast, served at the downstairs café, was delicious.
