Tüm çalışanlar yardom sever ve güler yüzlüydü. Mİisafirlerini rahat ettirmek için ellerinden gelen her şeyi yapıyorlar. Resepsiyon çalışanı mükemmel bir insan. Her şey için çok teşekküe ederim.

Buena ubicación al lado del tranvía y personal amable.
Pros:

La cama,buen colchón,era espaciosa,la señora muy amable y simpática.Las toallas eran gorditas y de buena calidad.
Y el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien por el calor sufrido.
También en la calle Cavour no era ruidosa.

Cons:

El baño lo que menos me gustó, necesita una reforma,es muy viejito.
La ducha era veneciana con una cortina que significa que hay un agujero en el suelo.
Y la cortina no estaba muy blanca.

A great budget option
Pros:

A well-kept, clean hotel. The room was prettier than we expected from the photos. The bathroom was OK, not very spacious but not really an issue.
The AC was working great, there was a (lower-end) smart TV, check-in and check-out were smooth.
Great value for the money. The location is a walkable distance from the historic center and near the tram.

Cons:

We could hear the noise from the corridor and the adjacent bathroom, recommend ear plugs for light sleepers. Even with the (narrow) elevator, stairs are unavoidable, so beware if you have reduced mobility.

The walls are very thin, so you can easily hear noise from other rooms. The hair dryer is also very old and weak, so it takes a long time to dry your hair.

We were dissappointed with our room, as per abov I was happy when it came time to leave.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was good. It wasn't too far from attractions and it was close to transit.

Cons:

We did not realize that it was a two star hotel. The room was dingy, poor patch up jobs, cracks on the walls and water stains on the ceiling, the drapes were also stained. The bathroom was tiny! I am not that big and even I struggled. My partner is 6'4 and he really struggled in the shower especially.

Posizione comoda (davanti alla fermata del tram), letto comodo, aria condizionata.

Cons:

Ascensore per raggiungere le camere (troppo piccolo e troppa fila per poter portare i bagagli in camera); mancanza di piatto doccia e di box doccia.

Gentilezza e attenzione
Pros:

L'hotel Cordova è essenziale, ma completo nei servizi che offre. Personale disponibile, molto gentile e anche simpatico, il quale sicuramente migliora l'intero servizio.
Posizione ottima (sia per la vicinanza con la stazione che con il centro).
Pulizia ottima (detto da una persona allergica alla polvere.).
L'unico aspetto un po' disagevole che posso presentare nel Mio commento è la presenza della doccia nello stesso spazio del WC, il quale può rendere un po' scomoda la doccia completa, ma almeno miia esperienza decisamente fattibile (ovviamente norme igieniche decisamente rispettate.). Comunque, è un problema sul quale stanno lavorando e Sono rimaste poche camera con questo tipo di bagno.
Mi preme inoltre presentare il seguente aspetto: invito I clienti, in ogni caso, a presentare I propri eventuali disagi alla reception piuttosto che scrivere direttamente una recensione negativa, dato che il personale cerca sempre una soluzione con il cliente.

Ubicación espectacular pero mobiliario y limpieza debe mejorar
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Tienes el convento de San Marco y el Duomo súper cerca. Como ubicación le pongo un 10. Y la galería de la academia también está al lado.

Cons:

Mobiliario del año la polka 😂. El baño deberían de reformarlo ya que el 🚽 está pegado a la cortina (cual estaba sucia con manchurrones) que cubre la ducha que no tiene plato ducha es el mismo suelo. El aire acondicionado si funcionaba bien. En general instalaciones antiguas pero bueno por el precio debería ser un poco más barato pero claro la ubicación es de sobresaliente.
