Bof on peu trouver mieux pour le même prix.
Pros:

Emplacement top, navette super, cadre joli, chambres propres, restaurant et petit dej bon.

Cons:

Personnel de l’accueil pas top, c’est un avis partagé aussi avec d’autres clients la bas.
Revoir les bases de l’accueil pour tout le monde.
Bon courage pour avoir des serviettes avant 17h… et ceux tous les jours.
Ils proposent pleins d’exclusions mais communiquent très mal les infos.

The staff, reception, restaurant etc, were absolutely fantastic. Helpful, well spoken and great job
Pros:

we didn't have breakfast but the meal we had was delicious

Cons:

The hotel itself was a splendid Art Deco building but unfortunately it is in a very bad state of disrepair. What maintenance and additions have been been done are a tragedy. Such a shame!

Pros:

Breakfast was substandard for a 4star hotel: we found mould on the bread one morning; presentation was pathetic; some of yesterdays unfinished breakfast was served again; cold meat and cheeses were served on a dinner plate and cling wrapped;

Cons:

Location was poor and the general ambience of the establishment was a 2 star. We were overcharged for what we got. Pictures on Booking.com are deceiving.
Gardens were poorly kept. No decent access to the beach.
We cancelled accommodation early and checked in elsewhere. Management promised to refund us for the 3 days but thereafter they refused and offered us a credit for a return visit at Dona Ana . . . why would we ??
