Pros:

The location to the train station and 3 stops to the 02 arena were perfect. The hotel was everything we needed. Clean rooms, quiet at night and a lovely big balcony. We would definitely return.

Pros:

On arrival the reception team were extremley welcoming. Ahmad checked us in and was friendly and gave us all the information including directions to an event we were going to later than evening. The facilities were excellent and the room was clean we were able to control tempreature in room eaisly and the size of the room suited us nicely. I enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The only minor point is we stayed in a twin and the beds seemd like they were a bit on the small side even for singles.

Good value for money in a convenient location for The Olympic park and Stratford venues. Very friendly staff and excelle
Pros:

The property was quite conveniently located close to the Olympic park and not too far to walk to the ABBA arena.
Staff were extremely friendly.
Rooms are small but attractively decorated. We were in a premium room, in the old part of the property, which I believe was slightly more spacious than the standard rooms.
Staff on reception were extremely friendly and helpful and provided information about the locality and how to get to the event venues and restaurants.
Breakfast was excellent with nice dining room.
There is a lovely courtyard terrace to enjoy cocktails from the bar.

Cons:

The en-suite bathroom was tiny. We managed ok but anyone with restricted mobility might find manoeuvring around the tiny space awkward.
