Pros:

Very good welcome. The staff were very nice.
Clean and comfortable. Loved the air-conditioning especially in the heatwave.

Excellent place to stay if you are going to Abba Voyage, value for money.
Pros:

Friendly staff, excellent choice for breakfast, close to DLR, Westfield Shopping Centre and Abba Arena.
Lovely Courtyard to sit and have a chill.

Cons:

Nothing we didnt like.

Can't wait to go back!
Pros:

The staff were impeccable, nothing was too much for them. The room was a good size, with plenty of mirrors and the aircon was a god send. Having Rituals toiletries was a lovely touch, and we appreciated having a fridge in our room too

A really nice hotel, with a lot of history. Old but modernised,

Very close to railway line.
Lots of buses.
Slow road traffic
Cycle lanes.
Room was comfortable and cool as in a heat wave.
The room fridge was not cold.
The bar offered limited drinks however this was sufficient for our needs. The outside area was really nice, it would have been even better if more tables were smoke/vape free.
The breakfast room was cosy and nicely presented. With
Clean and attentive staff.
Cooked and continental options, self service. We felt it was expensive for the quality of food. However convenient and nicely presented and hot.
Friendly helpful staff.
I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Fridge in room was not cold.
More tables outside needed to be smoke/vape free.

Great location if attending an event at Queen’s stadium. Rooms clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Close to Queens stadium. Very clean , beds comfortable and air con most welcome in the extreme heat.

Cons:

No idea where shared spaces were - not at all like pictures.

Pros:

Le personnel était adorable, très aimable et toujours prêt à répondre aux demandes.
Le petit déjeuner comporte tout ce dont vous avez besoin. De loin l'un des meilleurs que j'ai pu faire dans un hôtel, avec des produits de qualité. L'espace était également très calme après une bonne nuit de sommeil donc les petits déjeuners se sont faits dans le calme et la tranquilité.

Cons:

La porte de ma salle de bain ne pouvait pas rester ouverte seule donc je devais la caler avec une chaise. Pas mal de poussière dans la chambre au bout du deuxième jour seulement. La douche pourrait avoir un pommeau de douche réglable plutôt qu'un fixe.

Amazing staff who tried to resolve some of our problems but the accomadation was poor

The location was great

Cons:

We had problems with our safe, the fridge didn’t work, our air com was basically useless, the bathroom sink was blocked, paid a lot of money for a balcony which was looking out onto a building site one side and the roof of a house on the other.

Fab location as visiting the west ham stadium to see take that, which meant we were walking distance
Pros:

Reception desk were really helpful, breakfast was great .
We asked for a taxi service to our next destination and they arranged this promptly. Much appreciated.
Would stay again.

Very beautiful hotel, very take care after

Decoration, Very Clean, the product in the toilet, very good bed
