Hyatt House Seattle Downtown

We chose this property as it is well placed for the Space Needle. It also has easy-access parking. Breakfast is included in the expensive room rates but is faily basic and stops at 9am. Friendly staff. A nice roof top area.

I never stayed there. I had an ADHD moment and accidentally booked the trip for a wrong date and only realized this after I got the bill. I tried contacting management for refund or reversal of charge and they refused. I was told they would consider it after I rebook for the date I wanted, but the hotel was fully booked for that date so I couldn’t. After sending an email about this to management they just didn’t even bother to reply.

This is a fantastic location for a first-time Seattle visitor. Seattle Center is literally across the street, including the Space Needle. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was both spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, too. They provide free breakfast and a small snack shop in the lobby, along with no-fee Amazon deliveries. Parking might be a challenge, depending on which lot you choose. My family was extremely happy with our stay and would consider this location again👌

Hotel was a great location close to restaurants and activities. We had a beautiful view of the Space Needle. We enjoyed playing games in the lobby.

The location was great! Walking distance to Pike Place market and The Space Needle is directly across the street! Lots of restaurants, green space, parks and attractions within walking distance.

Convenient location. Quality brand. Overnight Parking was more than listed on website but would stay again just find other parking options which there are plenty.

The location was exceptional, and I was accommodated in a room offering a view of the Space Needle.

It all started great got to a room it has a kitchenette we went downtown to the market but all kinds of food and whatnot so we could prepare food here and when we got back the freezer was Frozen with ice completely where the vents are, and the refrigerator part was not working. Didn't realize this at 1st getting the perishables inside the refrigerator. Maintenance came up didn't know what to do took some ice off said there you go I go there you go it's not working so meanwhile went down to the desk they said well we have no rooms to give you or fall so then so what are you going to do or you can bring your food down to one of our refrigerators in the kitchen hey girl that's no good so next there ain't enough couple hours later they brought me a a small 3 cubic foot one but that time you know didn't trust my food I had and Pitch some of the stuff and so there you go right wasn't the best experience the only other thing I can say is that I don't know what's going on but the sheets were so crunchy and stiff my gosh for for paying almost $500 a night yikes

Location was ideal for a short stay with a family, easy access to different places etc.
Over all experience has been great.

Hyatt House Seattle is a great hotel to book if you want to do most things in the downtown area. Location is excellent for walking to popular sights. Room was not noisy. Next door neighbors made a lot of noise during the arrival to the room at 2am. Other than that, no further disruptions. I definitely recommend Hyatt House Seattle for its room amenities and location. Complimentary breakfast had very good offerings.

There is no pool despite one being advertised. The staff was fine; however, the room was dirty. The sheets and towels were both stained.

Convenient location with walkable distance to Space Needle, MOPOP, close by museums, and monorail. We used monorail many times to go to waterfront and Pike Place market. Much cheaper than driving our rental car and looked for parking space. Excellent complimentary breakfast with variety of fresh fruits and hot entries. Room and bathroom were clean as expected.

WiFi is slow. No shampoo in the room. Late checkout is not available upon request. And lots of noise from the street. Worst experience ever
