Comfort, ease, and cruise ship accessibility with adventures across the street!
Pros:

The entire staff were professional and amazing. Great service and very helpful with recommendations. The location is perfect for a full day of adventure (Chihuly Garden, Space Needle, IMAX, Pop Culture Museum and more) all within easy walking distance. Perfect place to stay before embarking on a cruise.

Alton, Carlos, Bruce and Courtney were standout staff - kudos! A varied and hot buffet breakfast with good coffee was a nice surprise. Will definitely come back and highly recommend.

Elevators were rough ended up having to take the stairs and being escorted through the staffs offices to get to our car in the parking garage in the basement.

Perfect location!
Pros:

This hotel is in a fabulous location. It sits at the bottom of the Space Needle, which you can view from the rooftop terrace. Across the street, you can visit parks, attractions, restaurants, and food trucks. 100% try the filipino BBQ skewers! The hotel offers parking under the hotel if you are driving. We've stayed in this hotel our last 2 visits specifically because of the great location.

Cons:

One of the elevators is a bit creepy. They should have it where the patrons can't accidentally open the storage / laundry areas. It's only in the elevator that goes to the parking area, but it is a bit unnerving at night to have that other side of the elevator open unexpectedly.

Great accommodations and location
Pros:

My cousin and I were able to take public transportation from Seattle airport to Seattle Center for a total of $5 each and were pulling our suitcases.
The hotel is right across the street from the Seattle center monorail station and the space needle.

We walked to Pike place market but could have taken the monorail

Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great with a large amount of choices.

Highly recommend this hotel and location

Overall great, staff was awesome. Place was nice.
Pros:

Location and staff, room was good value for the size and comfortable.

Cons:

Not a fan of all of the homeless. Didn’t really feel safe going out at night. Not the hotel’s fault.

Pros:

Great hotel, everything we needed for our 4 night stay in Seattle. Right across Space needle, close to public transportation, safe neighborhood and breakfast is delicious!

Cons:

Maybe walls in between floors were kind of thin, so we heard kids' steps running around on the upper floor from our room

Great Location, Friendly Staff, and Convenient Cruise Shuttle

I recently stayed at Hyatt House and overall had a very positive experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to many activities and nearby attractions, which made getting around very convenient.

The staff throughout the hotel was professional, friendly, and welcoming, which helped create a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property itself has a great atmosphere with good vibes that make it feel relaxed and inviting.

In the mornings, they offered a standard breakfast bar with a solid variety of options to start the day. They also provided shuttle service to the cruise port, which was a helpful and convenient amenity.

Overall, a pleasant stay in a well-located hotel with great staff and useful services.

Great Location for All the Tourist Sites
Pros:

Nice staff. Hotel and room were very clean. Often one elevator was out of service, leading to long waits and crowded rides. Water was shut off for noisy plumbing work the first night we were there. Breakfast was nice with many options. Rooftop is nice for hanging out and watching the sunset. Great location next to tourist sites and the free shuttle to the waterfront. I’d stay here again.
