The pub is open from 11:00 until 23:00 Monday to Saturday and until 21:00 on Sunday.
The reception and bar are unoccupied. However, the property have a night porter service on call throughout this period to respond swiftly to any emergencies. All details of this are in the Guest Information Pack in each room.
Please note, the property do not have a elevator in the building and there are 2 or 3 flights of stairs to climb. However, staff are always available to help carry bags.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. We liked it all - in no specific order - the welcoming staff (Tina is a gem), the decor, the spacious rooms, the cleanliness, the big towels, the free snacks, the Netflix account, the location, the food, the water in the fridge (and the fact that the bottles are glass and not plastic). Also that it’s possible to borrow adaptors if you’ve left them at home - and that there is an iron and an ironing board.
No dislikes at all, but the steep stairs up to the rooms can be a challenge for some people.

We had an issue with a leaking tap and was promptly offered an alternative hotel and transfer to this one with a complimentary drink. Both hotels were lovely and the staff were excellent

Lovely rooms, comfortable and had everything needed for a lovely stay. The little touches made a difference such as robes, snacks, complimentary drink. Food downstairs was good too.
