Check-in on Sundays must take place before 18.00.

The pub is open from 11:00 until 23:00 Monday to Saturday and until 21:00 on Sunday.

The reception and bar are unoccupied. However, the property have a night porter service on call throughout this period to respond swiftly to any emergencies. All details of this are in the Guest Information Pack in each room.

Please note, the property do not have a elevator in the building and there are 2 or 3 flights of stairs to climb. However, staff are always available to help carry bags.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Large and comfortable room, great staff!
Pros:

The room and the bathroom were both very large and comfortable, with all the amenities one could look for in a hotel. Free snacks, tea and coffee were provided, which was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful both at reception and at the pub.
Overall, very pleasant stay!

Great pub, amazing food, location was central to where I wanted to go.
Pros:

very nice rooms, firm comfy beds, great location. Sunday Roast was excellent and the beer was fantastic. Staff very helpful. sitting at the front and having a night cap before I went to bed was just the ticket.

Cons:

nothing to complain about (except the stairs!) Americans are not used to going up 3 flights of stairs.

Un lugar con encanto y habitaciones amplias en Londres
Pros:

La habitación es súper grande ya no se ven así
Me gustó el baño pero quitaría la bañera
El colchón súper cómodo y el barrio no lo conocía y me encantó
Hay bares y pubs alrededor
Está muy cerca de la city

Cons:

Las escaleras son bastante empinadas y le falta el desayuno sería ya perfecto

We would stay there again in a heartbeat
Pros:

We liked it all - in no specific order - the welcoming staff (Tina is a gem), the decor, the spacious rooms, the cleanliness, the big towels, the free snacks, the Netflix account, the location, the food, the water in the fridge (and the fact that the bottles are glass and not plastic). Also that it’s possible to borrow adaptors if you’ve left them at home - and that there is an iron and an ironing board.

Cons:

No dislikes at all, but the steep stairs up to the rooms can be a challenge for some people.

We had an issue with a leaking tap and was promptly offered an alternative hotel and transfer to this one with a complimentary drink. Both hotels were lovely and the staff were excellent
