Very nice Hotel, but Breakfast is overpriced
Pros:

The location of the Hotel is perfect to stroll in the old city of Dresden. Also the room is very nice.

Cons:

35 Euro for the breakfast buffet is really overprized. The choice and also the freshness of the breakfast was not what I would expect from a 5 Star hotel and this price.

Pros:

Frühstück hervorragend. Wunderschönes Gebäude. Toller Service. Hervorzuheben ist ein sehr aufmerksames und engagiertes Personal. Das war wirklich toll.

Sehr erholsam
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das gesamte Ambiente ist sehr schön und es gibt ein gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Es gibt keine eigenen Hotelparkplätze. Gleich in der Nähe ist allerdings ein großer öffentlicher Parkplatz.

Zentrale Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, schöne und grosse Zimmer

Beim Eingang die beiden verdörrten Bäumchen. Macht keinen guten Eindruck.

Very memorable and we hope to return in the future.
Pros:

On our last morning at breakfast we met a charming young Canadian student who was working at the hotel in relation to his hospitality course. He provided table service for us and his whole manner, bearing and attitude was outstanding and exceptional from a customer service perspective and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
