Good location and pleasant hotel
Pros:

We liked the service with staff being helpful and friendly

Cons:

We didn’t rate the breaksfast as it was very average . The breakfast room lacked atmosphere

Lovely hotel in a brilliant location
Pros:

Check in was smooth and easy, we were pleasantly surprised with how big the room was.

Rooms were lovely and spacious, air con was fantastic and we had a lovely balcony which was a surprise for us. Loads of storage space and rooms were cleaned every day, towels were always changed and we were so pleased.

Staff were so kind and helpful, always had a smile on their face and especially friendly. At breakfast they were always busy cleaning tables but never too busy to say hello! Definitely have a drink at the bar, it is well worth it and a great price!

Breakfast was great for continental and we were pleased with our whole experience. We would recommend staying here as it is also in a great location. We walked everywhere during our stay and there are so many places around the hotel to go it’s worth every penny!

Fantastic - great Location

We had a spacious room for four, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent - located in a peaceful area just outside the busy city center, yet it's surrounded by great restaurants and charming streets with an authentic atmosphere

Quarto confortável e localização muito boa! Rua do hotel e as proximidades tem lojas e restaurantes excelentes! Bairro é mais tranquilo que o centro histórico. Adoramos a região!

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Clean and modern. Great location especially for the Vatican city. Right in the centre of things. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and decent size. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to reach from the airport by bus shuttle

Great hotel in a great street and located brilliantly.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently situated for the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo, while all the othe main tourist sites are about a 30 minute walk. The street the hotel is on is traffic free, with a very short walk from the taxi drop-off point. The street is alive with restaurants, especially at night, so you don't have to go far for food.
There were 3 in our party, we took our granddaughter, and the room was just big enough for a 3 day visit. The bathroom was a good size with some nice surprising toiletry touches, toothbrushes, shaving items and beauty box. An observation is that there could be more storage/shelving for guests personal items.
We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We asked reception if it was possible to get us a taxi, 2 minutes later it arrived. The bartender was very friendly and nothing seemed too bother.
Our 3rd visit to Rome and this was a great visit.

Worst stay in Italy everyone should avoid this over priced hotel
Pros:

We stayed in Italy for two weeks and this was the worst place. Do not recommend

Cons:

The staff was rude, the towels were disgusting, the bed was so uncomfortable with one thin sheets and the rooms said AC but wouldn’t move past 29 Celsius

Pros:

La cortesia e disponibilità del personale, l'ampiezza delle stanze e la dotazione di igiene personale, il letto e i cuscini particolarmente comodi. L'ampia offerta di servizi e la dotazione del bar interno. Posizione eccezionale in un quartiere tranquillo e pedonale, comodissimo a molte attrazioni. Il personale va bene oltre i suoi doveri per farti sentire accolto e soddisfare le tue esigenze.
