Gutes Hotel mit Top Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich optimal. Es war alles ordentlich im Zimmer und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat uns nicht zugesagt. Die Lüftung im Innenhof war störend.

Excellent- much more than expected- pleasantly surprised with great location, breakfast selections and happy hour
Pros:

Conveniently located! Staff and service were exceptional - and was not expecting a private terrace!!! Nice touch

Cons:

The only inconvenience was not enough electrical plugs in the main area- there was no plug by the additional bed

Pros:

Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Liczne kawiarnie i restauracjie zaraz obok.. Bardzo blisko Watykanu. Miła obsługa zarówno w recepcji jak i w restauracji :)

Cons:

Słaba jakość produktów na śniadaniu. Raczej były to tanie zapychacze.. kawa śniadaniowa, smakowała jak zbożowa 🙈 widok z okna na dziedziniec- magazyn zapewniał w nocy ciszę.. jednak nie mogliśmy mieć otwartego okna ponieważ do pokoju wpadały zapachy z kuchni.

Pretty hotel close to Vatican
Pros:

Overall it is a good hotel, visually pleasing, very good location close to Vatican and with numerous touristy restaurants right outside, comfortable even though small room.

Cons:

They need some shelves/hooks/hangers in the room, there is nowhere to put your things.
No tea in the room. When we asked the lady at reception for some tea, she told us that tea is only available at the bar from 6 PM. I felt ill and really needed hot tea and could not get any. The next day we asked again a gentleman at reception (a different shift) and he immediately arranged for a tea kettle and bags to be sent to the room. So, I guess it is an issue with staff.

Ci torneremo presto!
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e mi sono trovato molto bene. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre cordiale e disponibile, la pulizia sia delle camere che degli ambienti comuni era impeccabile. Ottima anche la posizione, comoda rispetto al centro, e la colazione era ricca, varia e davvero buona. Consigliato!

We didn’t feel we had value for money. Location is great and staff lovely
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate if you like cakes! Many different types of cake. Fruit selection was poor - only apples and tinned peaches. No Parma ham, just synthetic looking ham and dried-up scrambled eggs. Bread ok. Generally adequate but not tasty in any way.
Room was on the smallish side and bathroom looking tired. 338 € per night - I would have expected better

Piękne wnętrze hotelu, miła obsługa, dobra lokalizacja do Bazyliki

Cons:

Śniadania kiepskie, codziennie to samo: jajecznica z proszku bez smaku, jajka na twardo zimne, reszta bez szału (warzywa, ser, szynka, coś na słodko). Brak krzeseł na balkonie, brak szafek w łazience i pokoju, brak czajnika, tylko psujący się codziennie ekspres do kawy.
