Pros:

Cheap and relatively close to main train station, 3 mins walking distance to restaurants and public transportation.

Cons:

Hotel located up a very steep winding hill - even with traveling light with small rolling luggage it was a climb to the hotel entrance. They definitely should consider a shuttle service. However, the local bus stop is 5 mins walk away so at least there was that. Ok for a one night stay.

El desayuno es espectacular. Impecable la limpieza. Recepción super prácticos. Todo excelente. Volvería mil veces.

Cons:

Pondría más indicaciones hasta llegar al hotel. Hay un carten sobre la calle, pero podria otro a mitad de escaleras para que se sepa que hay que seguir subiendo la segunda escalera

Lovely, clean apartment close to train station
Pros:

We only had an overnight stay in Hotel Arte, but the room was very clean and comfortable, lovely bathroom facilities and the room was comfortable warm temperature. The communication with the host was excellent and we had a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant. We found it easy to walk to from the train station, but make sure you use the elevator/ lift in the carpark near the banhopf to mimise the hill climb. We would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Super Restaurant, sehr freundlicher Empfangen an der Rezeption. Tolles Frühstück mit morgens schon freundlichem Personal

Cons:

Das Mobilar ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen und die Fenster waren undicht, d.h. liesen sich nichtmehr richtig schließen
