Pros:

Ava was so informative and took the time to explain what was available at the hotel. She even preordered a takeaway breakfast for us because we had to catch an early train out of town before their breakfast was open……and it was delicious!

Cons:

Breakfast opened late on our second morning - not till 7.40 (should have been 7.30). Not helpful with early trains to catch.

Perfect for a wander through St Moritz
Pros:

We stayed for a couple of nights and found the hotel very comfortable with really lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Don’t let the small lift put you off as it’s a bit of a squeeze for two people and luggage but the rooms are fine and breakfast good.

Pros:

Upgraded us to a junior suite without us asking. Breakfast in the attached restaurant was very good. Staff was responsive.

Cons:

Carpet in hallways was dreadful. Location was a little out away from train station. Town was basically closed down. TV was very limited.

We had an incident of loss of cash/theft related to the dining room. The receptionist was helpful to persue the matter. However, due to the lack of time and evidence, we did not.
