للأسف تجربتي لم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع. واجهت مشاكل في النظافة وجودة الغرفة والخدمة، ولم أشعر أن مستوى الإقامة يتناسب مع السعر المدفوع. كما أن طريقة التعامل مع الملاحظات والمشاكل أثناء الإقامة لم تكن مرضية، وكان من الممكن التعامل معها باهتمام واحترافية أكبر

Pros:

The bathroom was modern and clean.

Cons:

The hotel looked and felt dated. Room did not look like photos, it was run down. Felt like I was staying in a hostel.

A fost un sejur de excepție.
Pros:

Hotelul este foarte curat , personalul este atent la detalii , te ajuta cu orice informație despre turismul din stațiune si împrejurimi .
Micul dejun este de calitate si diversificat, folosesc doar produse locale .

Hotel warty odwiedzenia na weekend oraz na dłużej ☺️
Pros:

W hotelu pracują kompetentne i bardzo sympatyczne osoby. Zostaliśmy profesjonalnie obsłużeni przez Pana Romana z recepcji. Pokój bardzo czysty, śniadanie bardzo smaczne. Warto skorzystać z restauracji również poza śniadaniami, ponieważ oferuje świetną kuchnię. Dodatkowym atutem jest lokalizacja hotelu i bardzo dobra komunikacja miejska. Polecam w 100%.

Lovely hotel, great location
Pros:

I’ve been coming to St.Moritz for many years, this is my first time staying in hotel Arte, and I loved my stay.
The staff is super accommodating and kind (Francesca & Davide), the rooms are nice & clean and the balcony has a wonderful view. Location is perfect (Dorf) surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. La Stella is a great restaurant located in the first floor, offering a variety of delicious dishes.
Great value for money, i will surely return, and highly recommend.

Cons:

Breakfast should be included for the price.
