Looking forward for the next one.
Pros:

The room was neat.
The staff was friendly, polite and quite competent.
The facilities met my expectations and did not give me any room/scope for complaints.

Cons:

The Sitar music in the lobby while pleasant is also quite loud. It made it difficult on more than one occasion to listen to what the concierge was saying and it also visibly upset other guests in the lobby too. Would recommend a lighter form of live musical-entertainment.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The rooms are very clean and the staff were excellent especially Nemkumal and Rajesh Juyel and Nagender. I will always come to Pullman Aerocity New Delhi.
