Really cool buffet option near the airport — good variety and the quality is best for the price. I discovered it through BookMyBuffet.com which lists hotel buffets across Delhi with actual prices. Easy to pre-book and pay at the hotel.
From the moment I arrived at Pullman Aerocity, I was made to feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. This was my first visit to New Delhi, and while arriving in a new country can feel overwhelming, the warmth and professionalism of the team completely eased that experience.
Every touchpoint of my stay reflected outstanding hospitality, but a special mention must go to the housekeeping team. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine warmth truly stood out. They made such an impression on me that I even took a photo with them to remember the people who helped make my stay so special.
One of the most memorable moments was returning to my room to find a beautiful setup on the bed with flowers and a thoughtful “Feel Like Home” message accompanied by bookmarks. These small but meaningful touches elevated my entire experience and reflected the care and pride the team puts into creating memorable stays.
Overall, the level of service exceeded my expectations and played a huge role in making my first visit to New Delhi such a positive and memorable experience. I am deeply grateful to the housekeeping team and all staff involved for making me feel so at home.

This was the last night of our safari trip for most of the group. Some had an early morning flight back to Australia - the rest had a very long drive to Corbett National Park, leaving early also. Upon arrival at the hotel, all bags are X-rayed - check-in seemed to take forever - we later learned the hotel staff wanted each of us to relinquish our binoculars and leave them at the front desk overnight - due to concerns we could see the airport runway. We did not want to give them up, so the staff decided to relocate us to the other side of the hotel, where construction was underway. The room was fine; it was just an extra hour or more standing around waiting for this all to get sorted out. Everyone was tired and wanted to shower and get repacked for the next day's adventure. Just a glitch we didn't need.
