It was just fantastic.
There is no such thing that i didn’t like but lowkey i felt like little renovation will make the property just fabulous
Had excellent lunch at the Farmers Basket. Food and service was excellent. Chef Dayanand and chef Pankal made it special by curating special dishes of Lady Finger and Bitter Gourd for us The tenderloin was made perfectly to my taste. Ashwani & Ekta provided exceptional service !( which at times is missing)

Rooms are very clean and comfortable and nice and cool from the Delhi heat. Nem Kumar was very helpful when I needed assistance.
Rude Duty Manager Harsh. I asked him for assistance twice, and I think he is obsessed with his position.
The first time, I asked for help with the printer. He said he didn’t know and that he would call somebody. I waited for almost 30 minutes, but he just disappeared.
Then I wanted to extend my stay for one more night, and I asked him about it. He simply said there were no rooms available and that there was nothing he could do. Very rude and uncouth behavior.
The other team members were very nice, especially Rashi and Nidhi. I think he needs to learn from the agents what good customer service is.

This is a long overdue review! I was there end of Oct 2025, beginning of Nov. It’s an absolutely beautiful hotel. I have asthma and they were able to accommodate a fragrance free room for me. They did spray in the hallways, which was annoying, but I survived. The dining staff was superb. They took me around every meal and told me which foods I could and couldn’t have according to my food allergies. Special shout out to Lalit and Aman who were so kind! I was also there over Halloween and they had the most spectacular, elaborate Halloween themed dinner I’ve ever seen in my life. No one in the states even does that. Food was always amazing! They also sometimes had live music in front of the dining room, like a sitar player. Suresh, at the bell desk, was also so great! He showed me the herb garden they have, which was so interesting. It was a wonderful, luxurious respite from the chaos that can be India.
Housekeeping was excellent! Very clean rooms and very comfortable facilities! Nem Kumar attended to all my needs. He was very helpful and nice.
Near to the airport
Cleaness
The hotel is really close to the airport and was also the main location for my conference. I was really surprised and impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. Excellent service and support by the housekeeping staff, especially Nem Kumar, the floor executive on my floor. I want to thank the Pullman team for taking care of us.
Nice hotel in a convenient location. Hotel was busy and seems popular with conferences and airline staff. The rooms are a bit dark and lighting is insufficient. Breakfast is very good. Huge selection and has gluten free options.
The pool is fairly small, the gym is very good, changing rooms including a steam and sauna but are small.
The pool, gym and changing rooms are shared with the Novotel adjoined. Stay at the Novotel as the room rates are significantly cheaper at getting 90% of the experience.
Many facilities, good selections of cafes and restaurants within the hotel. Incredibly helpful staff, special thanks to the concierge to managed to get some vital medicine for me right before a long flight.
Also, best western style breakfast around, which was really appreciated after a long stay in India and some of the almost inevitable stomach issues that can accompany such a trip.
