Cons:

the bath was plugged couldn’t take a shower the bathroom was still dirty from someone else couldn’t find the room took like 20 mins and the ac didn’t work

Pros:

It was on remodelation, there was a lot of things in bad conditions, missing, out of order, and for the price may be this was higher than the expectations or that they announced online.

Cons:

There was no free brakefast, pool was out of order, housekeeping missing my room, there was no coffee maker in the rooms, rooms doors dividers stuck, TV remote controller not working.

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

They lost my reservation. The TV, phone, lock to the door were not working, and they had mouse traps in my room. The pool was closed and filled with doors and windows.

It literally looks like the backrooms merged with a murder motel. There was holes in the wall and the tv just didn’t work and the room was super creepy

Pros:

It took over a month to reimburse my deposit, they tried to double charge me and I caught them. There was one towel in the bath and one of the beds had no sheets on it. There was the same bag of garbage in the hall across from my room from Friday till Sunday.

Overall, it was good, comfortable after we got towels and blankets
Pros:

Love the space of the room, convenience of jacuzzi and stores around

Cons:

Didn't like that our toilet wasn't flushing or that it took 5 minutes to get hot water and we had to ask for blankets and towels. Didn't like that all ice machines are not working.
