Hotel was ok.
Pros:

Location and easy access to the highway.

Cons:

Value...I paid $300 plus dollars for a room that was ok, nothing fancy. I realize that it is the local WDC., Baltimore, and Annapolis area and things can be a bit pricey, but $300 for a basic room is a bit too much. Likewise, the parking area is small and gets full rather quickly. We arrived late and there was only three parking spaces available and vehicle spacing was very tight.

Easy to check in and check out. Enjoyed the comfortable bed.
Pros:

It’s near the bay and comfortable bed

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. AC unit makes loud noise every time it turns on. You can also hear upstairs neighbor walking around. Not enough parking space.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t clean. There were used towels and washcloths wet and on floor. Someone had been IN one of the beds. We ask if could move but told no more rooms with two beds available. Not good.

Nice people; hotel needs upgrading.
Pros:

The Inn in located close to many restaurants and is easy to get to. Staff are very pleasant and go out of their way to help. Rooms are exactly as pictured, but very dark and dated. Mattress needs to be replaced as broken down into marshmellow "firmness", huge cement pillows, and duvet means when very old cooling unit blasts on you either freeze or burn up when it stops. We planned to spend most of the day on the balcony relaxing and enjoying the bay view, but there isn't a private balcony. It's two chairs in front of the window on the walkway to the rooms. Breakfast = yogart, fruit, waffles are ok; coffee is excellent; but the rest is abysmal. Powdered egg rings, gristle sausage, dry, hard biscuits more like cardboard...better to grab fruit, coffee, then run away and eat elsewhere.
