Te quested a room away from the highway. Was put in a room overlooking the traffic. Very noisy.

Excellent quality stay, rooms were beautifullyclean and quiet and breakfast was exceptional!
Pros:

Surprisingly quiet although right by the highway. Good sound insulation even in on ground floor room facing highway. Pool area is beautiful, set up in an enclosed area surrounded by pretty trees and flowering shrubs, nice and quiet and private oasis. BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS EXCELLENT!!! Cheesy scrambled eggs, nice crispy bacon and delicious hash browns plus all the regular breakfast items expected. GENTLEMAN RUNNING BREAKFAST ST BUFFET WAS SO KIND AND PROFESSIONAL.

Highly recommended this hotel for a stay in Duncan area.

Cons:

Bed was quite soft for my liking but that may just be me!

Quiet, comfy beds and worth the stop over.
Pros:

Beds, bedding and pillows were excellent. Our room was surpisingly quiet. Bathroom was very clean.
Breakfast was good. Plenty of breakfast choices - but the toaster had a mind of its own.
We were disappointed on our late arrival to find there was no water (!) However the plumber was there making the repair and all was fine. We were able to shower and sleep.
I should like to apologise for being cross with the young man on reception, as the water problem was not of his making and he was doing his best to get it fixed at such a late hour. He did very well.

Cons:

Nothing really. The water issue was resolved.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable

Cons:

It’s quite near a busy road but we had a good night’s sleep. Our smoke alarm went off on the second morning at 5.30 which wasn’t ideal. Wouldn’t say the staff went the extra mile to apologise.

Paid over $200 for one night because we were excited to use the pool. Pool was not working when we got there, no mention of this on booking.com unfortunately.

Thank You for the pleasant. I have come to accept that that is the norm for your establishment.
Pros:

I was only in the facility during nighttime hours, however, that staff were excellent. Whenever I have to travel to the Duncan area,, Best Western is where I stay. Safe, secure, and handy. Thank You all.

Cons:

Your building is getting older, which can cause internal problems (structurally speaking) which are undetectable to the normal eye. This can be a good or bad thing but your staff is doing an admiral job of keeping up appearances. Thank You all, again.

Not many options so had to stay but poor value for the room. Would expect a lot more amenities, more options at breakfas

Cons:

Very small rooms. Bathroom tiny. Pool wasn’t open. Breakfast was very subpar. Only 2 towels in the room for a room of 4 people. Thin and rough.
