Breakfast was fabulous especially the crispy potatoes. Staff was really friendly too. The room was clean as well. Also appreciated that we could leave the car there until 4 pm the day we checked out.

Staff and breakfast foods.
1) Do not use disposable (single-use) dishes, cups, etc at breakfast. 2) Could not turn off the fan/air con in the room, had to unplug it. (Instructions would have been nice.)
Very nicely laid out. Having a separate building can be a problem in adverse weather.
We had an infestation of little ants. Was disappointed that my cookies from Insomnia Cookies were ruined.
This BW property is little more than a Motel 6 with fresher paint. It was conveniently located close to the U of O campus, but that was about the only plus for this property.
The room and facilities were plain, dated and rather sub-par from what I've come to expect of BW properties. I will look for another place to lay my head if I find myself staying in Eugene again.
It’s was very clean. Staff friendly
Overall a very good stay. The room was super clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was good quality. Check-in was easy and smooth as was the check-out.
The sauna was not in "ready to use" condition. There was no bucket of water & ladle in the sauna. Additionally, I had to turn it on and heat it up. When I went to the front desk and ask about the bucket, they said I would have to wait until the morning to get one. So I had to improvise my own watering-to-make-steam situation. But once I had it hot and could use water, it was an excellent experience.
The staff was very kind, room was clean.
There were lots of spiders in my room. Heated water was an issue throughout the hotel; the heated pool was regular pool temperature and the pool water smelled like mildew, while our hotel shower wouldn't have warm water unless we ran the sink at the same time for at least 5min. It was a waste of water.
The heated pool was one of the main reasons I chose to stay at this hotel, so that was a total bummer.
Very close to the university campus, grocery store
pizza place and other restaurants. It was clean, comfortable and staff was helpful and courteous and lots of parking.
Maybe the breakfast
The fact I paid for a 3 queen bedroom with a pullout couch and got a 2 queen bedroom. They did offer to give us a roll away... no room in the actual room, and when asked for an extra pillow.. was told there was none.. gave us a blanket for our 5th person. But their pillows suck.. so two pillows equal one... plus I had remote work the next morning.. I went to my car to work so I would not disturb the other people in our pathetic room.
