Best Western Winners Circle

My recent stay at Best Western was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made the experience outstanding was the level of customer service provided by the front desk staff and management team.

Every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel valued. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was handled with care and professionalism. It is rare to find a team so dedicated to hospitality and guest satisfaction.

The atmosphere was inviting, the accommodations were excellent, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for outstanding service and a truly enjoyable stay. I will absolutely return in the future.

Close to race track

Breakfast was great! It's a big place, so having it cafeteria style where one sweet lady is making plates made me feel so much better than had there been people's hands everywhere. Room was basic, but clean and had everything we needed.

I have been traveling for years and Best Western Winners Circle is pleasantly perfect. The staff is sincere and very friendly and checking in and out is quick and easy.

What stood out the most was breakfast!
( I normally don’t eat breakfast at hotels do to sanitation reasons). I have experienced people to be messy and rude. Coughing and sneezing at the breakfast bar.

This breakfast bar is totally different. What makes it unique is Alisa and how she sets it up. The HOT breakfast items are completely covered behind glass and Alisa fixes your plate and hands it to you. You notice the pride Alisa gives. I actually watched her work the several guests that were there. I have been in the food and beverage industry 25 years and Alisa is very polished.

I will remember Alisa and hope to visit this BW location again soon. Thank you for putting a big smile on my face. 😁

Staff was exceptional, room was clean & cozy with all amenities needed. Location was excellent! Pool looked inviting and very clean but we didn’t bring suits to enjoy especially with the great weather this wkend.

Friendly staff, fenced parking area, good breakfast, clean, location was great.

This was my first time to be in Hot Springs, Arkansas. My stay at the Best Western Winners Circle was delightful. From the time I walked into the front office until I turned my key in at the end of my visit, I felt very welcome & appreciated. The motel is actually across the street from a large race track, Casino & Conference Center. I didn't go to anything there, but I did walk the area one morning, & saw some through- bred horses on the track working out.
However, I must say that the Breakfast Room & service was the highlight of my three mornings. The hot parts of breakfast were served by a wonderful lady on the
food line. They had scrambled eggs, fried potatoes & sausage, or made to order waffles, as well as an abundance of fruit, cereal, pastries & self serve drinks at the fountain area.
This Breakfast room even fixed up "To Go" meals if the customers requested such.
Finally, they Breakfast Room was open from 6 am to 10 am. I travel a lot, but this is the first time I have heard of those Breakfast hours.

The location was fine and the breakfast was yummy. The staff served breakfast was cheerful and welcoming.

The location in downtown Hot Springs is just excellent. During the week prices are reduced and so it’s a really good deal plus there’s a full breakfast the next morning morning. The place is really well maintained the beds are comfortable. It’s actually just a perfect experience if you decide to stay there.

Location location location with Oaklawn right across the street. Also, Rocky's Corner restaurant has exceptional pizza and is right next door.

The entire facility was so clean, even cobwebs outside! The staff was exceptionally friendly and accomodating as well. One of the most enjoyable experiences I've had in a long time!!

We love the location. The staff is always great.
