Pros:

The hotel is very close to the inner harbour so we could walk to all of the attractions. We had two balconies, both with screen doors. The kitchen area was also helpful to have. The complimentary breakfast was good to have.

Cons:

The pullout sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable.

Pros:

Sehr zentrale, ruhige Lage. Wenige Schritte zum sehenswerten, gesetzgebenden Parlament von BC und zum Hafen und etwas weiter zur Fußgängerzone. Gutes Frühstück.

A fairly good hotel in a great location, but lacking amenities like air conditioning.
Pros:

We rented the one bedroom suite, which was a wonderful size- huge living space and patio. The outdoor pool was lovely, a nice little courtyard with tables and chairs to sit in. The location was good walking distance near to the parliament, museum and downtown. The complimentary breakfast was fairly good!

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the hotel, the steam room was out of commission, our jacuzzi tub did not work. For a suite, there wasn't many dishes available and only provided 2 coffees per day which was lacking for us.

Conveniently Located Hotel Invests in Improving the Guest Experience
Pros:

Staff were extremely accommodating and provided wonderful suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious and the amenities, such as the kitchenette, were above average in my opinion. The location of the hotel was great too. Just a short walk to the harbour and other various attractions.

Cons:

The location of the bed in relationship to the door of the bathroom posed a slight problem. There was a window in the bathroom which allowed light from the outside to shine directly on to the bed if the bathroom door was left open. Due to the orientation of my room, the light was especially overwhelming at sundown. Even with the door closed, light still escaped around the edges of the door. The addition of a covering to the bathroom window could help mitigate this issue.

The only other issue I noticed was the presence of some water damage in the main lobby. In the interest of full disclosure, the breakfast area had just been reopened after being closed for a period of time which could be related to the water damage.
