Absolutely disgusting room, staff was incredibly nice.
Pros:

The only positive was the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and kind.

Cons:

The room was filthy. Stunk like it had been smoked in for years and then tried to cover it up. Flood lights outside the windows with no way to block out the light (photo of the door is from 2am!!). Stains on chairs and towels. Tip envelope had food or blood on it? Ripped desk chair. Shower dripping and missing a piece. Creaky spring beds. Wallpaper peeling. Totally gross and would never stay here again. Wouldn't have paid $10 for this room. On top of all that, the WiFi was horrible and I got kicked out of a Zoom meeting that I was hosting... 3 times (kept telling me internet was unstable). I have done Zoom meetings from dozens of hotels and this has never once happened.

Pros:

It felt cared for. Flower pots at the entry and brick main building. Those touches made it feel homey

Maintenance lacking but a good clean comfortable quick stay place.
Pros:

Beds very comfortable and location.

Cons:

The AC didn’t work and was extremely hot.
Water facet in shower broken and couldn’t shut water off. Went to office and couldn’t get anyone to shut it off so it kept running.

Good for an overnight road trip stay!

Very satisfied and will book here on my return trip.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and available. The price was right. I travel with my dog, and the pet fee was reasonable. The pet friendly room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Some pet-friendly rooms charge more for less quality—this did not. The room was not carpeted, so my dog could calm down and not spend the night sniffing. Area felt safe walking dog at night.

Cons:

Not a big deal, but the bathroom was not updated to the same standard as the room. It was clean, but older and grungier looking.
