Room could have been a little cleaner
La situation dans le centre de Moab, la bonne insonorisation de la chambre, la gentillesse du personnel, le confort du lit, le cadre général de l’hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu amélioré (pas de fromage ni de bagels), l entretien des chambres « à la demande » un peu étrange, la piscine froide malgré qu elle soit renseignée comme chauffée.
We booked a room under my uncle who is handicapped and wheelchair bound. When we checked in to the Best Western Plus Greenwell Inn, Moab last night, it was discovered that the management gave away the only Handicapped room available. Their solution was to give us a regular room for the night and then move us into the handicapped room the next day. My uncle fell in the the bathroom that wasn’t handicapped supported and couldn’t get up and hurt his arm. Thank goodness he wasn’t seriously injured. When asking the front desk for compensation for our aggravation and stress, they said the couldn’t do anything but we wouldn’t be charged extra for the extra room we occupied while waiting for a handicapped room to open up.I am extremely disappointed in the handling of this situation and the lack of empathy towards the handicapped. What good is a reservation for special needs people if your corporation can’t follow through with your commitment.

Our room was spacious, very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good, the woman working the breakfast area was so friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to where ever we needed to go. Overall, everything was wonderful.

If you have to stay in a Best Western, please choose the one across the street. The room walls and ceilings at this hotel are paper thin. You can hear every step, every flush, every creek and everything outside the door as well. The staff at the front desk will just stare at you as if they’ve never heard any complaint about any room ever before. Now you roll your bikes into the room so that’s a bonus. The location is right downtown, which is also a bonus. But the other Best Western is directly across the street and I would highly recommend stayingthere as everything is top-notch. The pool at this hotel is out in the middle of the parking lot and a nice little rest after along day of hiking will never happen. But at the other Best Western, there’s a nice big concrete wall and total silence and high-end finishes and the breakfast is betterover there. The two front desk staff and the manager that I dealt with all said they were sorry for my experience, but there was nothing they could do and that is not acceptable to Me.

The hotel staff and room cleanliness were terrific and very everyone was very polite and professional
The rooms location on the second floor was right on Main Street and the traffic noise was continuous through the entire night, making it hard to sleep. This was my only complaint and good to be aware of if your room is on that side of the hotel.
