Pros:

Pool was great as it was 107 degrees out! Staff was incredible, can't remember her name she rode a bike. Super sweet!

Super gelegenes, sauberes Haus
Pros:

Super Lage, mitten im Zentrum, umgeben von Shops und Restaurants. Schöner Outdoor Pool und Hot Tub, Poolhandtücher. Parkplatz vorm Zimmer.
Zimmer groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Amerikanisches Frühstück mit Hash Browns, Rührei, Würstchen, Waffeln ,Toast, Obst...Auch eine .kleine Außenterasse zum Frühstücken...

Cons:

- nichts auszusetzen.

The location of the hotel was great, in the center. The room was a good size, beds comfortable. There is a pool to enjoy after a full day of hiking. Breakfast was ok.

Spanish influence
Pros:

First off, unlike nearly all other Best Western Plus hotels we have stayed at, this is not a hotel, it is motel. It has obviously been around for awhile and the rooms have been updated somewhat.
Our King room was large with two comfortable chairs facing each other. The room was large.
The lobby is very spacious and inviting with Spanish influenced big heavy (and comfortable) furniture with a fireplace that would be special in winter.
Our bed was very comfortable. The room was very well it with lots of lamps and fixtures. The sink is outside the tub and toilet room. Water pressure in the shower in very strong.
The sounds of footsteps and plumbing from upstairs rooms is noticeable in very early morning (people are trying to get out before it gets too hot).
Breakfast is pretty decent with the standard fare, however the yogurt dispenser is very nice added tasty touch. Breakfast room is bit cool.

It was okay.
Pros:

My stay overall was okay. My main concern is when I checked in. I was told by the lady running the desk last night that there was a $50 “incidentals” charge. Today, while I was checking out, I brought this up to the new lady that was running the desk. She had absolutely no clue what I was talking about. Clearly, there is some sort of scheme or scam going on at this hotel. Beware of this when booking with this hotel.

Great Moab base
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The staff was friendly and helpful especially the breakfast lady. The pool and hot tub were clean and at a good temperature. The location was perfect. We even walked to souvenir shops across the street.

Really nice central hotel
Pros:

Really good central location
Pool area was nice
Our room with a balcony was at the front on the main road so quite noisy with traffic and quite a few bugs were disposed off apparently it’s the time of year

Perfect base for a Moab vacation.
Pros:

It felt upscale yet comfortable, and was a nice oasis in the desert heat. The location in downtown was excellent for walking to restaurants and shops. Also plentiful convenient parking.

Pros:

The lady who checked us in was wonderful. Super friendly and very helpful. She should have 5 gold stars. I think her name was Monique.

Cons:

We checked in and left for our tour. Got back to the room about 2130. Entered the room and turned on the lights. First thing we saw was a cockroach running across the floor. My husband stepped on it. I went to the bathroom and he said there was two more cockroaches running. We grabbed our stuff and left there was no way that either of us would have been able to have slept.

Chambre calme, en retrait de la route donc n’entend pas la bruit de la route (route très bruyante). Lit confortable, chambre et salle de bain propres. Chambre spacieuse. Le personnel est accueillant et agréable.
