The room smell and the bed was to small

Every room was on one level. No elevator.
The toilet wouldn’t flush. The telephone didn’t work. The bed was a little too hard. The channel changer only had one volume-loud. The restaurant left the apples off our apple cranberry salads. A staff member brought us a toilet plunger to have us unblock the toilet. The phone finally worked. The rest we lived with.

Our room was advertised as Non-smoking yet the pillows and the mattress smelled of smoke. Perhaps at one time their rooms were smoking rooms and these items have not been replaced. Very uncomfortable.
Clean, pleasant staff & pleasant guests.
A semi truck parked next door & ran his refrigeration all night & it was very loud when trying to sleep. Bring earplugs.
It was quiet. I enjoyed playing pool.
The shower head sprayed all over. Water was outside the tub and in your face. It wasnt adjustable. It was very light pressure too. Impossible to wash and rinse hair.
