It was a very clean comfortable room and the price was very reasonable

Stay here if you need this location. Otherwise pick a different place to stay.
Pros:

Awesome location for access to Matthew Knight Arena as it is directly across the street. Nice lounge with reasonable prices. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Parking ran out quickly so could not park near our room. The room and hallways reeked of pot. The room cost was high given the outdated condition of the room.

Nice property

Clean, modern great location

Cons:

I didn't realize it was more than one building we were put out in the Franklin building which was fine but I would have preferred to stay in the main building which had the pool in the gym and the bar. However the building we were put in was quite nice there was no elevator though he had to walk just a bit to get into the main building

Pros:

The room was fully equipped with amenities including a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast included a variety of eggs, bacon, potatoes and other breakfast items.

Cons:

It would be nice if they had an elevator to the second floor. I requested a first floor room for that reason.

Great location and nice place with great amenities. Gym was nice to have and the market was great.
Pros:

We were there 3 nights. We requested housekeeping after 2 and they honored that.

Cons:

This has nothing to do with the hotel but the people above us were so loud until 3am.
