Bathroom is very small
For the price that was charged this motel fell below industry standards.
Overall, I felt this hotel provided a less than average stay for the price, considering the points charged were the highest of any Best Western property on my entire month long trip.
The room had a worn feel to it. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite, but it didn't feel like an upgrade. The jacuzzi was a tub in a dark cave like room off of the main room. It certainly was not an inviting space.
There was an external AC unit that was very unsightly, blocked half of the view out the window, and interfered with the use of the black out shades.
When we arrived in our room, we couldn't get the TV to work. Maintenance needed to come replace the batteries in the TV remote and connect it to the TV to get it to work.
There were very few plug outlets in the room for any phone or tablet chargers. We ended up unplugging other items in the room to have some for our use.
When we went to shower in the morning, we found that there was no shampoo in the shower. Instead there was body wash and two bottles of conditioner.
On our second day, we asked for housekeeping to refresh some towels and coffee pods, which they did. However, they didn't bother to make the bed, even though they were in the room.
We were also surprised that there was no breakfast provided, especially considering the price of these rooms. The 10% coupon provided really didn't make up for a $50.00 plus breakfast for two people. Most Best Westerns at least offer a continental breakfast.
I also noted that there was no coffee offered in the lobby area. I have rarely stayed anywhere that doesn't offer coffee to the guests, at least during the morning hours.
I usually enjoy staying at Best Western properties as a Platinum member. This property was probably the poorest one I have stayed at over the last several years.
Das Hotel ist so optimal gelegen, dass Restaurants und die Main Street sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern, das Personal überaus hilfsbereit, das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und sehr lecker. WLAN ist schnell und perfekt. Zahlreiche sehr gute Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ansonsten: Museen und Flughafen liegen so nah, dass ein Taxi oder Bus eine gute Option ist.

Trying to find the front door was very hard had to circle several times. The room was small and out dated. And you can hear the people beside you as well as the people above walked around hard all night and it was very loud.
Close to shopping, museums & tourist sites. The hotel room was clean and comfortable bed.
The bathroom was small with no space for a toiletry bag because of the large above counter sink that took all the space.
The restaurant was good for breakfast, supper was a bit overpriced.

Gold Rush hotel in Whitehorse, Yukon is definitely my home away from home. The staff are very accomodating. Rooms very clean. I love the early check in and late checkout option.
