Great location
Pros:

The location was really convenient, great price, clean and comfy beds.

Cons:

The exterior looks dated, but fine in the inside. The air conditioning was quite noisy, as were some other guests late at night.

Great weekend stay.
Pros:

It was quiet and clean. It is located in a very nice area of Newmarket. Did not see any homeless or intoxicated groups of people.

Cons:

Our room was 2 double instead of 2 queens. Which made it a little squishy for 4 people but our fault for booking last minute.
