Pros:

Very clean big spacious room. Definitely enjoy the hot tub.

Cons:

The lady that does the breakfast in the morning is kind of a pain. A group of people that were down there before I was down there ate all the breakfast sausages. She must have thought that I did something to them or something because I asked if they were put in any more out and they put one out and said that's it for today. Other than that it was a great stay.

Quarto de espaçoso, limpo, bem perto do Zoo.
A recepcionista Bavi foi muito simpática.
A Ofélia era ótima, ela era responsável pelo café da manhã, foi muito gentil comigo, era meu aniversário e ela me deu uns doces com todo carinho!

Cons:

O alarme de incêndio disparou as 6h40 no primeiro dia que estávamos lá, demorou uns 30min para parar, mas não era nada.
Uma dica, o hotel é muito grande, marque a escada que irá descer para não ficar perdido lá dentro como eu e meu marido.

Pros:

We are seniors. We greatly appreciate ground floor accommodations when available. Breakfast greater than expected! Friendly staff. Comfy bed with clean, quiet and spacious room.

Issues prev. stay / review appear to have been corrected.

Cons:

All hotels regardless of rating have stopped using cleaning products to be more "environmentally friendly". Truth is, this also helps franchise control costs.
But it also Leads to build up of soap scum in showers and sinks, which then collects dirt, and dead skin cells of every guest ever staying in the hotel, even 4 & 5+ star hotels.
If people make a point to address these types of issues, changes will be made. Even if they allow cleaning products to be used once a week or once a month.

Second issue is that if or when chains remodel, they install drop celings to hide asbestos and mold. Because the alternative would wreck their proffit sharing.
Because investors lack crittical thinking they don't factor in the issues they are creating by cutting corners. Not extending the ventilation saves money in materials, the electric bill, and not replacing the fan when it goes out.
It also raises the humidity. Which causes the a/c to work harder, metal to rust, materials to expand, dust to become stuck on, and more wear n tear when taking longer to blow dry your hair.
