very accommodating
as I had a wedding at 3:00pm and they let me check in early which made things so much easier
then I was able to come back and chill a bit before the reception
location was great room was comfortable and the breakfast was good
though the price fluctuated a lot so i had to pay twice which was rather annoying so make sure you double check you are not over paying or underpaying
the hot tub should be working
it was cool out and I really wanted to relax but it was not working
and its been in disrepair for a while
your a hotel chain you need to get on these things or reduce the cost otherwise other hotels that do have these things will take over and push you out of business when you do have a great place
just get it fixed :)
Breakfast was excellent. The lady who took my order and went upstairs to get it for me was lovely and so accommodating. She checked several times to see if I needed anything else.
Desk people on check-in and check-out were pleasant.
Toilet was raised and had a grab bar which was essential.
The "accessible" suite had a tub/shower combination which meant no shower for a person with mobility issues who needed a walk-in shower.
Having the breakfast room upstairs meant not accessible for person with walker. While arrangements had been made for delivery of food, it meant not eating with friends.
Bed was just a couple of inches too high making it difficult for a short person to get into.
Most tv channels said that there was no subscription for them so viewing was limited.

There was no coffee system in the room. Apparently BW does not want the competition???!
Considering the relatively high price for the room (similar or more than other BW rooms we were in on our trip)I felt this was a big factor

Nothing really. I think for a longer stay like we had, we needed a suite with a sofa or sitting chairs. Parking was at a minimum, since there was a paving company that took lots of spaces with their big trucks.

Location to water slide, restaurants and the midpoint of our journey. Staff seemed keen to make our stay welcome and comfortable.

Very unclean, crumbs on furniture, dirt on floor, hair on comforter also slight stain on a sheet so had me wondering if room was even cleaned. Feet were black from only sort time walking around room.
