Pros:

The checkin employee kept his composure when he was the only one working with a lineup to the door.

Cons:

Should have been more than 1 person at the desk checking people in, since it was the roughrider game against winnipeg and a long weekend.

I hate how we were treated
Pros:

The hotel sold our room to someone else on arrival and we never got to stay there. Were we charged for 4 nights?

We should have been contacted to let us know if we wanted the room or not. Very poor communication
