I hate how we were treated
Pros:

The hotel sold our room to someone else on arrival and we never got to stay there. Were we charged for 4 nights?

Cons:

We should have been contacted to let us know if we wanted the room or not. Very poor communication

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff
Pros:

Standard continental breakfast. Well stocked and a variety of choices for breakfast. Coffee/juices available. The pancake machine was interesting as I have never seen that before. All in all, a good way to start the morning.

Cons:

I think the only thing I wasn't happy with and granted the weekend was busy with tournaments. My room was next to the lobby and the restaurant, your "quiet time" after 10pm to 7am turned into a 11:30pm to 7am. Loud clapping and cheering and kids running up and down the hallways. Will definitely ask for a different room if that is offered. Too loud for my sleeping taste. I had been up since 430am and got back to the hotel at 10pm...just wanted to go to sleep.

Breakfast was quite good.
Few options for dinner.

Cons:

Sounds from neighbouring room (talking , crying, unwell ) from neigbours was quite disturbing.. Not needed to hear that during the night.

Sunken mattress, good location, great breakfast
Pros:

Friendly staff, location very accessible

Cons:

Mattress near the window has sunken in the middle and is very uncomfortable to sleep on. I suggest it should be replaced with a new one. It’s unfair and unfortunate for the guests who pay the full price but don’t get to sleep good.

Cons:

The room smelled like old, dirty carpet. I was not made aware that I needed to request a room cleaning. It was very overpriced
