We had a very pleasant stay, and the hotel exceeded our expectations for a 3 star property. Our room was very spacious, with a beautiful view of the mountains, and the staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was fairly simple, but perfectly adequate and in line with what we expected. The coffee in the room could definitely be improved, although the coffee machine in the lobby was perfectly fine.
The only downside for us was the value for money. We paid around $550 per night, which felt quite high for this category of hotel. We also noticed that closer to our stay, rooms for the same dates were being offered at around $350 per night. Of course, hotel rates fluctuate, but the significant difference did affect our perception of the value. At the lower rate, I would consider this hotel excellent value.
Overall, though, it was a lovely stay. The hotel was charming, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations in many ways.

I didn't like the $150.00 deposit aside from the $35.00 fee for my dog.
La propreté des lieux, les services offerts, la courtoisie du personnel. L'hôtel répondait parfaitement à bos besoins. Le déjeuner était varié, chacun y trouvait son compte et il ne manquait de rien. Petit comptoir à café disponible 24h/24 avec de la variété. La piscine était vraiment très bien et bien entretenue aussi. Quant à la chambre, elle était petite, mais confortable, pratique et propre. Nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Corridor carpets were not clean and having bad smell. Room was too small and pillows were not good at all.
