Good value for the price & will probably book again
Pros:

Room was quiet, breakfast was very nice, close to amenities that interest me & good price.

Cons:

Security; ground-floor room window was not locked. As a female travelling alone, I always check. Only 2 tissue left in the box…allergy season (did have extra tp) There seemed to be training going on at the reception & I felt like I was interrupting/rushed.

Book it. No regrets
Pros:

Great pick! Room was clean, comfortable and a good value. Had a big refrigerator, microwave and the layout wprked well. Excellent shower and quiet but effective AC unit. Breakfast was standard fare but had a fancy espresso coffee machine which elevated it. An upgraded TV with option for Netflix would be welcome.

Je ne choisirai pas cet hôtel la prochaine fois pour les raisons mentionné plus haut.

Le service était seulement en anglais.
Les télévisions ne fonctionnaient pas.
La piscine était très froide, mais enfants n’ont pas voulu aller jouer dans l’eau.
Il y avait des draps sales sur le sofa lit.

Maybe it will be better once renovations are done but do not stay here now!
Pros:

Great location, breakfast was good but repetitive for our whole stay.

Cons:

Communication before checking in regarding renovations. Stepped off elevator on 2nd floor, floors removed and i stuck to the floor, and it smelled awful. Sink not draining properly in room. Food under bed. On second day they turned power off to repair lights, no notice or anything.

Good but can be better
Pros:

It’s a decent place. Pool was awesome, location was good.

Cons:

Room wasn’t cleaned the next day, although they informed us about staff shortage.
Elevator not working- it’s a pain we had no help to move things up the stairs since elevator wasn’t working… really hated the stress we went through. It’s wasn’t fixed throughout our stay.
No microwave in the room as shown in the pictures and amenities. We came with food and had to keep going downstairs to microwave + no elevator. Really a pain.

Also no water in the room - I think it’s a nice gesture to atleast a bottle of water for your guest.
