Not satisfied and would never stay at BW plus again .
Cons:

Key did not work. Leaks in guest laundry room.
Smoking was taking place on second floor and it stunk throughout the hall and our room.

Glad I wasn't staying any longer

Didn't use it. Went next door to IHOP

Cons:

The first room I was assigned was occupied. I slowly backed out and went to the front desk where I was givin another room. Later that evening I was coming back from an event at the same time another couple was opening the door to MY room. I asked them what they were doing trying to get into my room. He said this is where they were assigned. I tried my key and it no longer worked, but his did. I verified that my luggage was in the room and that the room # on my envelope said 331. They then left and went back to the front desk.

Convenient location
Pros:

Convenient location for a one night stay during our Virginia trip. The room was big and clean. There is a IHOP right next to it, great for dinner.

Okay but was disappointed in the pool and hot tub
Pros:

Nice and quiet, friendly staff, adequate hot free breakfast. Enjoyed having Rhett's, Il Castellos, and El Mariachi to choose from for dinner. Also has many fast food restaurants if you prefer a quick meal.

Cons:

The swimming pool had a coating of brown on the bottom? Even if harmless, we chose to stay out of it. The hot tub was worse--had algae growth on the bottom (the the water was brown-greenish and we saw a coating).

Nice stay
Pros:

Nice place, very friendly, clean and we enjoyed the breakfast, enough of a variety for everyone. We used the pool and spa and were by ourselves every time we went, we enjoyed it. Easy to park and there were 2 restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance plus more restaurants, coffee shop, and Walmart across the highway.
