Pros:

I like the breakfast it was fresh and hot. Staffs are nice and friendly. The location was good, we're so tired from long walks at Innisfail zoo. my kid liked the pool , my hubby liked the hot tub. nice and warm.

Cons:

I have booked 2 beds and it was confirmed but they give us 1 bed and a sofa bed. I was so disappointed because I have to squeeze myself in a small bed and we're 3. My husband is a big guy and he's not comfortable as well at that time.
they should have let us know in the first place that we're not getting 2 beds. I didn't have a good sleep at that time. ;(

Also needs a power bar on the night stand, so I can use my CPAP and charge my phone overnight

One overnight stay was perfect

Pros:

We were stranded next door to the hotel on a Saturday evening. The accommodations were perfect in such a circumstance. Room was very clean and well maintained, quiet and had a great sleep. Breakfast was pretty good too.
