Beds were comfortable

Cons:

They say breakfast till 10 however hardly anything when we went down at 9 Sat had to wait for them to make some wentvto get waffles and no batter left

Sketchy location, WIFI is terrible. Trouble with TV - remote batteries were dead. Door handle to room broken on the outside and malfunctioning.

Pros:

It was good - the bed comfortable the pillows perfects. The staff friendly.

Cons:

The property itself was good - The reason I gave the price fair was because the capacity is low. The price was high for a Thursday and minimal bookings, without a pool. The hotel would be at capacity if the cost was reasonable.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. The room was nice and spacious.

Cons:

The staff were not very friendly. We went out for a while, and when we came back, we greeted the person at the front desk, saying "hello", and the person just stared at us, not responding. Later we went out for the event we came to Fergus for, and we left the TV on, yet when we got back the TV was off. We didn't appreciate the fact that someone went into our room and turned the TV off.

It was a fine place to stay for one night but I felt like we paid way too much
Pros:

The hotel is dated and way over priced. Water pressure was not good.
The staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable.
They are a little aggressive with the need to collect breakfast vouchers.

The price is way too high for this hotel

A nightmare
Pros:

Whst your credit card or bank card
The best Western took the money out twice for the room plus a $200. Security
They told me they didnt take out twice I should them It was out twice
My bank is investigating it
They are a scam!!!
Almost a week and still didn't get my money back

Cons:

Didn't like the staff when I came in and got the room
Charge me twice
