Nothing bad to say.

The onsite parking is a bit tight for space, but manageable. I think they have paid parking for non-guests. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel (cannot remember the name). It was extremely disappointing. There was one table occupied when we walked in. The bartender was chatting with friends at bar in the back. He looked at us like we were disturbing him. We could hear people laughing in the kitchen. We were seated and given menus and told someone would be with us shortly. We sat there watching the bartender pretending to be Tom Cruise in Cocktail, flipping his shaker and doing tricks. The sound of clinking glass was rather loud and annoying. We sat for over 5 minutes listening to the party that was happening in the kitchen and nobody came to our table. We finally got up and left.

The bed was way too soft for me. The air vent in the bathroom was very dusty and the temperature was hard to control. Suddenly at night, cool air was coming out instead of heat.

Il y a avait des morceaux de papier dans le corridor à notre arrivée, ils y étaient toujours à notre départ.
Des fils d’araignées pris dans la penture intérieure de la porte de notre chambre. Le pire …
un jeune qui travaillait à l’accueil dormait la tête sur le bureau . Oufff ! Pas fort ça !

bei unserer Ankunft wurde die booking Reservierung nicht gefunden. Wir mussten direkt über das Hotel buchen. Ich habe beim check-in und beim check-out gefragt, ob noch weitere Buchungen ausstehend seien, es wurde mir versichert, dass dem nicht to sei. Prompt wurde meine Kreditkarte doppelt belastet. Ich habe mehrmals an das Hotel geschrieben, teilweise ohne Antwort, dann hat man mich in einem Zweizeiler vertröstet aber erklärt oder entschuldigt hat sich niemand. Als nach einem Monat immer noch nichts passiert war, habe ich angerufen und wurde wieder vertröstet. Wieder ist nichts passiert. Nach weitern Tagen und Anrufen wurde ich mit der Hotelmanagerin verbunden. Ich habe ihr mein Anliegen freundlich erklärt und sie ist mir ständig ins Wort gefallen in einer absolut unverschämten Art, ob ich wohl nicht endlich verstehen würde, dass sie das nicht interessiere. So etwas habe ich in einem Dienstleitungsbetrieb noch nie erlebt. Ich bin immer noch schockiert über dieses Verhalten. Vom Hotel gab es keine Rückerstattung, auch nicht, als sich booking dafür eingesetzt hat.

abends extrem starker Küchengeruch im Zimmer, Frühstück ist eher spärlich

Bruit très fort lorsque l’air climatisé fonctionnait, aucun papier mouchoirs, (la boîte était vide)…

too many different lamps, takes a while to turn off when you are about to sleep also the sofas leather kept crumbling and falling

Die Auswahl und die Qualität beim Frühstück überzeugen leider für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht. Einfache Produkte und nur wenig Auswahl. Es gibt ausschließlich Pappteller und -becher. Das Frühstück wikt eher wie in einem Hostel, zumindest wenn man europäische Standards gewohnt ist.

Piscina inagibile per manutenzione ma sul sito non era segnalato. Odore di vecchio nelle camere.
