Saad qui est présent au petit déjeuner est vraiment très sympathique !

Coffre fort inutilisable, porte de la chambre à moitié cassée qui s’ouvre toute seule, les fenêtres qui ne se ferment pas, la chambre manque clairement de finition…

Very nice.
Pros:

The staff was very nice .everyone from the restaurant to the management to house keeping was nice and respectful.
If i will visit marrakech again i will book this hotel.

Cons:

Everything was good and sorted straight away.i don't think there is anything i didn't like but i think keeping a kettle and coffee/tea would have made it better.

Gostei muito do recepcionista que nos recebeu. Foi muito prestativo.

Cons:

Quarto aprecisar de alguma manutenção, tinha um cheiro estranho no quarto talvez vindo da casa de banho dos canos, mas nada disso nos aborreceu nem atrapalhou as nossas férias.
