Good value. Friendly staff. Great location.
Pros:

Great location. Room was big but barely had any natural light, just a tiny sliver of a window. Otherwise facilities were clean and well kept. The staff was attentive and friendly and made every effort to accommodate any requests I made or answer any questions I had. The location is really good. It is on a quiet street in an artist neighborhood. If you are looking for a relaxed, chill vibe that’s still close enough to the action as well as historical sites, this may be the place for you. Bonus, they have a small koi pond out front which is a lovely place to sit.

Cons:

Wish my room had a bigger window and that the hotel restaurant had more vegetarian and/or vegan options.

The place was in a great location.

Cons:

The staff was not helpful at all. At midnight, the power went out on the 8th floor, and we were forced to move down to the 5th floor. To make matters worse, the new room was a significant downgrade from our original booking. When I asked for a rate adjustment due to the inconvenience and the inferior room, the staff refused, claiming they couldn't modify the price because I booked through Booking.com. However, we paid the hotel directly, including taxes. It is completely unacceptable that the hotel refused to adjust our rate after downgrading us and disrupting our night.

No signal on TV for 3 day
Water was never hot. On its best was warm
After few days they brought me a mini fridge. Their excuse was you should ask , it's not default.

非常差劲
Cons:

空调声音像拖拉机一样响了一整晚，比外面摩托车发动机的声音还吵，进入房间的床品和装修非常陈旧，酒店周围都是扒垃圾的流浪汉。最可恶的就是那个老旧的空调了，晚上的噪音直接吵醒很多次，关掉又热得难以入睡，厕所也有很多污渍，很脏。千万不要再次入住了！

快適には程遠い。
Pros:

マンゴーストリートに近い

Cons:

Wi-Fiがおそすぎる。
冷蔵庫なし、ドライヤーもなし。。最低限の石鹸と歯ブラシ、シャンプーのみ。
ホットシャワーは水に近いぬるさ。床がなんかベトベトする。
レセプションスタッフが横柄でサービス感は皆無。
夜のセキュリティがちょっと不安だった。
