Pros:

De parking en locatie is in orde

Cons:

Nachtlawaai om 6u s,morgens in de gang van andere mensen waar geen reactie op kwam van het hotel.
Personeel dat aan de bar staat spreekt geen Nederlands en het Engels was ook niet om over naar huis te schrijven.

Pros:

personeel was aardig, en wou wel helpen af en toe met de viezigheid, alleen jammer dat ze geen Nederlands konden.

Cons:

Bij aankomst trof ik een kamer aan die erg vies was. Er zaten meerdere vlekken op verschillende oppervlakken, er lagen overal haren en de hygiëne was ver onder de maat. Daarnaast was er schimmel aanwezig in de badkamer én zelfs op het bed, wat ik onacceptabel vind. Hierdoor voelde de kamer allesbehalve schoon en comfortabel.

Over het algemeen ben ik zeer ontevreden over mijn verblijf. Van een hotel met een 4-sterrenclassificatie mag een veel hogere standaard van netheid, onderhoud en kwaliteit worden verwacht. Helaas heb ik die tijdens mijn verblijf totaal niet ervaren.

Praktisch , efficient met een verrassend goed en gevarieerd ontbijt als toetje.
Pros:

Vlotte check-in en check-out, antwoorden op onze vragen, keuze van verdieping kamer.

Cons:

Voor wat we van dit hotel verwachten, puur zakelijk en focus op efficientie, was er niets dat tegen viel.

1 dag - ikke mer.

Det er sentralt.

Det var meget møkkete på hotellrommet, siden vi har barn hadde vi med våtservietter så vi fikk vasket over noen kontaktflater så vi overlevde 1 natt. Håndklær med kjønnshår, gamle brukte sokker under sengene. Slitt og stygt.. røyking av cannabis utenfor trodde jeg vi skulle slippe selv om Amsterdam er kjent for det - det var ikke lite lukt… i tillegg luktet det sterk parfyme eller vaskemiddel fra sengetøyet - mistenker det er for å skjule annen lukt. Frokosten så det ut som hadde stått framme i 20 timer og tørket ut. Vi hadde betalt ekstra for denne men vi snudde i døren. Men ellers - bilen stod trygt parkert og det er det eneste positive med oppholdet.
