The staff were nice, food was good and the location is nice.
Our room was on 4th floor and it was absolutely unbearable, it was so hot, no air there whatsoever, the hallway was the same so keeping the room door open didn't help either. We had the small window in the room open the whole time and a fan on and it made no difference whatsoever, bed was also hard and not very comfortable. I mentioned it to the receptionist at check out, who said we should've asked for a different room - fair enough. We came back to the hotel around midnight (pretty much just dropped stuff of after check in, opened window and went back out, hoping it'll air out by the time we came back), so no we didn't go to reception at midnight to ask for a different room, it shouldn't be unbearable to sleep in in a first place, room was also very small.
As mentioned, food was good and staff were nice, very speedy service, took like 2 minutes to get each meal, but they do need to relax a little. Been asked several times have you finished yet while still eating just so they could clear it and bring the next course, pretty much hovering around the table waiting, felt very rushed and we were well within the 1.5 h dinner time so it's not like they were waiting at us all.
Parking is a nightmare, but that's to be expected in Blackpool I guess.
Lovely views good facilities
Squeaky floorboards lift broke down
Venue was very good, nice short stay, but the room was way to warm with no way of cooling it down
The room was to hot
Paid for a double and was upgraded to a family room with a side sea view. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
I also requested 1st floor room and that is what I got.
Food very good.
Tram stop is right outside the hotel.
The entertainment was good with 2 acts per night but one performer had his speaker much too loud and another one wasn't very good sadly.
Breakfast ok, location good, staff excellent
Area behind hotel felt dangerous. Swimming pool facilities antiquated, dirty and delapidated.
Amazing sea view from window
Not very comfortable bed
Entertainment on a night, pool
Bit far out but tram stop straight outside. Parking is tight
Warm, friendly staff.
Good level of cleanliness.
Quiet location with easy parking and directly opposite tram stop.
Indoor pool and jacuzzi very good.
Bed was a little hard, but that's just personal preference.
Good hotel basic and dated furniture in rooms but comfortable enough
