It was a delight!
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay there memorable and magical. This included the restaurant staff as well as the front desk folks.

Cons:

The room was clean, but it looked like someone had smushed a tomato or something into the bathroom door and I had to clean it off. Also there was a bobby pin left in the bathroom. But otherwise it was perfect!

EXCELLENT STAFF(RECEPTION)
Pros:

The staff by the reception were above and beyond.
We spent one night when strong snow and wind were blowing.That night lots of check in,so parking
lot is full.Although we checked in earlier that evening,we decided to go out,by the time we came back parking lot was full.i asked one of the receptionist if where else can i park,she said in the street.i told her snow drift is everywhere and she decided to take out one of the hotel service car so i can park my car.
