Guys working at the desk were wonderful. Room overpriced. Good location
Pros:

Thomas and Azar at reception were wonderful. Our junior suite was fine except for the open shower. They really need shower doors. Was SO COLD we only used it once and took baths instead. The same drinks from the bar were different prices depending on who was working there. Breakfast was inconsistent.

Great hotel, great location, small rooms.
Pros:

Perfect location in the heart of Bergen. Parking around the corner in the Klostergarasjen. Great breakfast with extended choice in gluten free (including GF pancakes!).

Cons:

Regular rooms are a bit crampy. We bought an upgrade, but got a standard room. After apologies from the front desk we got a refund. So be aware.
