Great experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Agra with our family. The hotel offered great hospitality, comfortable rooms, and a very relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit.

One of the best parts of our stay was the beautiful Taj View room — waking up to the stunning view of the Taj Mahal was truly special. The room was spacious and luxurious, and relaxing in the bathtub after a long day made the experience even more enjoyable.

The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety and excellent service. A special mention for chef Arvind and Ravi for making such delicious meals. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel team for making our son’s birthday extra special by upgrading our room. Their thoughtful gesture and warm hospitality made our celebration memorable and added a personal touch to our stay.

Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would definitely love to visit again!

We recently had a wonderful 2-night stay at Radisson Agra, and I am delighted to share my feedback.

From check-in to check-out, the experience was seamless, elegant, and thoroughly professional. The hotel is exceptionally well-located, with everything within easy reach — and the Taj Mahal view was simply breathtaking.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards the property upholds. The food was absolutely delicious and served impeccably throughout our stay.

I would especially like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire kitchen team for their dedication and hard work, particularly during this challenging period with the ongoing LPG issues. A special mention to Ravi, Arvind, Shyam, Pawan, Rashid, and Afman — your commitment to delivering outstanding meals despite the difficulties did not go unnoticed. Kudos to each one of you!

I also want to highlight Suraj from the service team, who stood out with his warm smile and attentive care for guests throughout our stay. He is a true asset to the hotel.

Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable experience. We look forward to returning and will certainly recommend Radisson Agra to family and friends. Best regards to the entire team!

Pros:

The property managed by Radisson is always good .

Cons:

The staff was not helpful at the reception desk- not interested and just very casual .
We had specified it was celebration of our sons birthday - yet there was nothing - fine accepted but when I went down to ask where I could buy a small
Pastry they just didn't seem interested .
Very disappointed in the casual approach .not Radisson at all.

Had a great stay at Radisson blu Agra. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were polite and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of fresh and tasty items. Really enjoyed it. Highly recommended.
