Conveniently located close to the Taj Mahal. The facilities are great, comfortable bed and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Despite the good service and amenities, the overall experience did not quite feel like a 5-star hotel.
The food definitely needs significant improvement. The selection of dishes was disappointing, and most of the food we tried was quite bland and lacked flavour. This was one of the biggest areas where the hotel fell short of expectations for a 5-star property

Heerlijk met Taj Mahalzicht als cadeautje.
Pros:

De ligging en het uitzicht waren fantastisch. We kregen een gratis kamerupgrade en hadden daardoor vrij uitzicht op de Taj Mahal. Het personeel was supervriendelijk, behulpzaam en geïnteresseerd.

Cons:

De kwaliteit van de badkamer liet te wensen over. Badwater liep slecht weg waardoor je bij douchen tot je enkels in het water stond. Verder was er schade geweest die niet netjes was gerepareerd en douche lekte.
