View of My Fuiji nearby one of the 7 lakes
Pros:

Spectacular views of Mt Fuiji, we were so lucky. Nearby by the lake we enjoyed the sunset looking at this mountain. Breathtaking. The onsen is small but cozy, both inside and outside. The bikes we’re for rent outside. Kind owners, clean and friendly. Rooms felt authentic, with high tech toilets 😅

Bike tour round the lake is highly recommended

Cons:

A bit of a walk to the train station, but there is a buss if you want to be quick.

Es maravilloso, te sientes transportado en el tiempo . Tiene una excelente ubicación frente al lago Kawaguchi y desde ahí pudimos ver el monte Fuji.
El onsen es espectacular 👌

Great stay @ Royal Hotel Kawaguchiko
Pros:

Love the quietness, relax & cool weather!
Love the location of our room with Lake view and Mt Fuji view.
Love the 2 days of breakfast!
Love the hospitality of the staffs!
Love the cafe, food, bento, marts and walkable distant to Kawaguchiko station.
Love the indoor and outdoor Onsen available.

Cons:

Jun not the perfect view of Mt Fuji!
But we managed to have a glimpse of thr Tip of Mr Fuji daily! wonderful!

Необычный обед и ужин в традиционном японском стиле, удобное местоположение. Находится прямо на краю озера, в соседнем отеле можно взять велики на прокат.

Cons:

Отель старый. Завтрак от ужина мало чем отличается.

Old, damaged and overpriced, avoid if not for the view
Pros:

The view: we were there on a good day and had a full on view on the Fuji ! It was moving and perfect !
The room: really big with tatamis and comfortable futons ! It was really helpful to help pass the time comfortably etc.
Staff: the personnel really made efforts to make us feel welcomed

Cons:

State of the hotel: everything should be renovated. It’s old and damaged and the price is not representative of this ! The elevator was not working but the staff carried our bags to our room (3 floors!). Stairs were badly damaged, hallways were dirty,…
Overall feeling: inside of your room, you will find a bit of coziness. But that’s not counting on the bathroom and the rest of the hotel that don’t make you feel secure or clean.
