very close to a handy busstop; The Onsen (Japanese hot bath) was an unexpected bonus. I did not join the meals so no opinion on that topic.
What we loved the most was the breakfast—a solid 10 out of 10! The traditional Japanese food was spectacular and delicious. It is a traditional hotel with very comfortable tatami floor beds, perfect for anyone who doesn't mind sleeping on the floor. The views of the lake and Mount Fuji from the hotel and its surroundings were beautiful
Knowing that it is an older hotel, it is clear that it needs an urgent renovation. The walls in the rooms are very thin, so you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms, and occasionally, there was a bad smell coming from the toilet
