Customer service has been good with payment issues

Cons:

Charges came out my account for incidentals when there was no issues, had to call to get the money returned. However the customer service has been helpful with this issue.

Pros:

Cindy and Jacob at the front desk were exceptional. Sophie in the restaurant delivered great service. Rooftop was delightful.

My only complaints are that there were erroneous charges on my bill at checkout (valet charges even though I had no car) that took time to clear up, and banquet services left a little to be desired.
