Todo un hermoso lugar
Johnny made our stay so much more memorable. From the moment we met him, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely excited to share his favorite local food recommendations. We ended up trying two of the restaurants he suggested, and they were honestly some of the best meals we’ve ever had.
The next day, Johnny remembered us and asked if we had gone. When we told him we’d actually tried two of his recommendations, he was absolutely elated and said, “That makes me so happy.” You could tell he truly cares about helping guests have the best experience possible, and his enthusiasm was contagious.
Employees like Johnny make all the difference. His warmth, local knowledge, and genuine passion for hospitality turned great meals into lasting memories. Thank you, Johnny, for going above and beyond!

The pool was closed which was very unfortunate as that was a main reason why we booked this hotel.
The property was clean and staff were excellent. Enjoyed the bar downstairs and walking distance to restaurants and bars.
I found 6th street which backed the property dangerous and really dirty with a lot of vagrants around.

The Westin downtown is an excellent place to stay with great location. The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Deeja was the guest relations member who checked me in. She was very warm, welcoming, pleasant, and very accommodating. I felt very welcomed! I will need to travel to Austin very 8 weeks and this will be where I plan to stay! See you soon Westin!
El diseño del hotel es moderno, funcional y transmite calidad, más por dentro que por fuera. La habitación era amplia, luminosa. El restaurante, muy agradable. Y el personal, también.
Descoordinación del hotel con lo ofrecido y contratado con Booking tanto en el check-in como en el chek-out. En el check-in no nos asignarons desayuno, cuando estaba incluido. Tuve que enviar por correo electrónico copia de la reserva de Booking para que,, finalmente, nos dieran los tickets correspondientes. A la salida, aplicaron el precio que quisieron, más alto.Tuve qu e hacer valer lo contratado a tarvés de Booking.
The staff was terrific, Orlando the GM & Johnny our bellman as well as the bar waiter were all exceptional! The renovation was well done & the rooftop pool has great views of the city. Thanks for a great stay!
