Tuve una muy buena experiencia en este hotel en el centro de la ciudad. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de muchos restaurantes, tiendas y lugares turísticos. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y tranquila. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y con varias opciones. Me sentí muy cómodo durante toda mi estadía.

Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel a cualquier persona que visite la ciudad. Es un lugar muy agradable para hospedarse.

They gave the room i reserved in booking.com to another person! Thinking i would accept lower than that room. They refused to give me better choice. and so I did not accept their offer.
P.S. To Mr. Ibrahim:
The incident has been officially recorded with Booking.com Customer Service. I have already submitted a complaint regarding this matter, and my statements are accurate. The hotel assigned the room I originally reserved to another guest and subsequently offered me a lower-category room, while refusing to provide an equivalent or better alternative. As evidence, I was refunded the amount I paid due to the hotel’s failure to honor my original reservation. Additionally, this incident has been formally documented with Booking.com’s Customer Service and Complaints Department.

I don’t recommend. Find somewhere better even if you pay little more.
Pros:

Nothing except the location and staff. Staff were kind and welcoming but the place looks like haunted.

Cons:

Nothing. It was the worst place we ever stayed in. Everything was dirty, so many hairs on the bed sheet, toilet didn’t flush, internet didn’t work, the wall paper was torn , the carpet was dusty and it was so much noisy. The elevator was also a bit scary.

يطلب الدفع نسبق عبر بوكينج قبل الوصول ثم عند الوصول تجد أنه خدعة والغرف مثل الزنزانة

Muy bonita y amplia habitación ,céntrico ,muy buena atención ,nos invitaron juguito al llegar y al retirarnos nos invitaron agua ,te y hasta nos regalaron libritos de los atractivos de Egipto ,muy buen anfitrión super recomendado.

Cons:

El ascensor es algo antiguo pero supongo que es así en muchos lugares de la ciudad ,cumple su funcion ,como recomendación al llegar usen el ascensor que está para la mano izquierda ,nada que criticar de este hotel

إقامة رائعة بكل المقاييس! الفندق نظيف جدًا، والموقع ممتاز في قلب وسط البلد وقريب من كل الأماكن الحيوية. طاقم العمل محترم ومتعاون جدًا، خصوصًا في الاستقبال – كانوا دائمًا جاهزين للمساعدة بأي شيء. الغرفة كانت مريحة وهادئة، والفطور كان بسيط لكنه جيد ومناسب. بصراحة، كانت تجربة ممتازة وأنصح أي حد بزيارة الفندق ده. شكراً لإدارة الفندق على حسن الاستقبال والضيافة

Una excelente experiencia enDowntown Inn

Tuve una estancia realmente agradable en Downtown Inn! 🌟 La ubicación no podría ser mejor: justo en el corazón de la ciudad, rodeado de restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones locales, lo que hizo que explorar fuera muy fácil. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, cómodas y tranquilas, ofreciendo el espacio perfecto para descansar después de un día ocupado.

Lo que más me impresionó fue el personal: fueron amables, acogedores y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Su hospitalidad me hizo sentir como en casa. También me encantaron los pequeños detalles, como el ambiente acogedor en el vestíbulo y lo bien cuidado que estaba todo el establecimiento.

En general, fue una experiencia excelente y con gusto me alojaría aquí de nuevo.Muy recomendable para cualquiera que visite la ciudad
