Étape parfaite
Pros:

L'accueil, le personnel au top. L'emplacement idéal pour se rendre au centre de Milan. (métro à 700m à pieds) le grand parking gardé est un vrai plus.
Nous avions eu un désagrément et le personnel y a remédié en nous dédommagement. Bravo et merci beaucoup

Cons:

Certains clients hyper bruyants jusque milieu de la nuit, sans gêne qui se croient tout seuls.

The hotel needs a big renovation otherwise it will lose the clients ,

We only like the reception staff

Cons:

It was not clean , the cleaner left the rubbish in our room for 2 days , and we have a lots of bugs in the floor that was not good at wall , the recipient where all the was presented for breakfast was looking unwashed, we were very disappointed for a 4 star hotel
